Our first international shipment AWB[protected] landed in India on 05/27 and clearance exception occurred.

All requested details are shared on very next day on 05/28 and no response heard from FedEx post that for almost a month.

Sent 25+ follow up emails on every different day and even they didn’t acknowledge and respond to any of our emails.

After multiple escalations...

On friday evening the one of the team member from fedex texted a message on whatsapp regarding your package has been landed india and you need to pay ₹ 2600 for the land delivery to the doorstep. I agree and accepted they give me the company accountant details and numbers. I paid it on the right time. Dear Sir/ Mdam,
My courier was stuck up from last 1 month (AWB:[protected] in FedEx and i was face worst service from FedEx India.

Still not received any proper clarification from FedEx.

Even not provide any proper person for better clarification.

Please help to share some proper and best service provider person from FedEx....

A packacge was sent from Shenyang, china containing Provisional degree certificates from University of about 19 students. The shipment tracking number is[protected] and it seems that the package is lodged at Bangalore customs awaiting clearance for about a month. The certificates are required urgently within a week for students for educational purposes. We have contacted Fedex multiple times but have not recieved any positive response....

Two days ago (June 30th, 2022), I was asked to provide my KYC documents to allow a package (AWB:[protected] sent to me by my university in the US to clear customs at BLR Gateway. The customer care department is not taking action against delayed delivery of a priority shipment. I work has been halted and is causing serious loss.

I have a shipment coming from US to India, which requires KYC documents to be submitted for customs clearance. I submitted my KYC documents initially and they were rejected. I am asked to reupload the new documents to the KYC portal. However I am unable to reupload the new documents on the KYC portal.

When attempting to reupload, it shows an error message "Kyc document...

I ordered a package May 13th I have yet to receive it. This by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. The tracking info says the driver left it on my front porch which is a complete lie because the driver is no where on my camera log. When I called I was told to file a claim which I did several of them actually. I finally got in touch with the P&D manager from from the fedex facility where the driver picked the package up from....

My package was delivered a month late and by the time it arrived I found two items were missing in my package. See tracking number below.

This is a courier return shipment which was export under AWB Number[protected] and the same was not delivered to the customer and the parcel is now returned under AWB number[protected] but the same is not delivered to me till date.
