There are two cartoon but one cartoon is deliever by today 29th oct another one is not recieve n i cheked the status online in this i found corrier had delieverd. & i found all items in cartoon is damaged. I really very disappointed your service. Plz confirm me & also give me compensation of all items...

Courier sent on 19th October, consignment no M[protected], client ph no [protected]. It was sent from Amravati (MS) to Kaladi (Kerala) It was a urgent but 10 days over not delevered the consignment. Make sure it should reach immediately. It contains medicine for a patient. We do not want it back but please see it should deserved fast....

My brother had delivered parcel on 27/10/2016 from lucknow.parcel id is :j991m5261150.i do not get it even on 30/10/2012.this parcel contain CTreport of my sister.she got fracture in leg which should operated immediately.but due to delay in delivery, i cannot consult with doctor.kinly help me....

I opted for first flight courier to ship food items (3 packets of snacks of 2kg) from pune to ghaziabad. I received the parcel with one of the packets torn. The packet was torn with impression of blade cut. Not to mention the item had to be thrown to the dustbin.

I approached pune call center and the behaviour from them was very un-professional.

I want to remind you that on oct 25th, 2016 i sent a mail to you about the status of my courier and still i don't get the answer from your side. Every time when i track down the courier its showing pending and moving from destination to origin and vice versa. If you can't deliver to the address please return it to me.

We are a Corporate Client of M/s First Flight couriers and we are so offended by the manner in which we are being serviced.
A consignment with Ref No. D[protected] for Kanpur was sent dated 25.10.2016 if we track we observe that it is still in transit.
When inquired at local office on[protected], we were informed that the consignment was "Mis-routed to Pune instead of Kanpur".

I have two consignment 1) G[protected] & 2) G[protected]. i dispatched both on 21.10.2016 first one is reached in the city on 24.10.2016 however not deliverd to recipent. The service of first flight branch manglapuri/ palam new delhi 110045 is pooorer than the poor. They dont want to listen your complaint even dont want to reply. Courier boy named sunil who came to deliver the courier refuse to give it to family members and also refuse to visit again. They dont want to give service which is required. I will also let this matter to some higher level...

I booked an envelop contain Form 38 (Road Permit) to my customer for Raxaul (Bihar) having Ref No' J991M4706433 on 04/10/2016 but till now i.e. 21/10/2016 it was not delivered and from last four days I am running to first flight office and daily they are giving me reply that 'today it be delivered surely' but nothing happen.

My goods are loaded on the truck at Raxaul but due late I have to bear the truck rent without any use....

I am chatur kumar from faridabad, my pan card had dispatched for delivery oct 14, 2016 but the courier boy did not call me and not to deliver me courier at my address.

When i checked the status on ffcl website then status i am shocked my pan card is returned to origin - mumbai, why? i want to know that when my deliver date is oct 20, 2016 then why are you sending back to origin....

Look at the worst service by COIMBATORE first flight delivery system.

Nobody ever out of station in our home. Nobody contacted us. But reason is "FAR OFF AREA". WORST service.

I had registered a courier from Hyderabad on 7th Oct and was told that it will be delivered in 3-4 . It has been 10 days and I don't know where it is . When I contact GS Reddy and Sachin one of them keeps giving numbers which are not working and the other tells I am on leave . They don't even have a good customer .

They charged 160 Rs to deliver a courier and this is the service I get .
