M..am checking the order status since morning as I have the only option of track order and it's still processing...U might have valentine rush or something else...We here are waiting to receive our product since morning...hundreds of times i've called the customer care no one turns up there and the chat option is ridiculous...and the great thing to be noted is...

Flaherty people are such fraudsters. They take the money and do not provide the service. My order no. Was[protected]. The roses were never delivered. There was no regret message or cancelation message from there side. They just did not deliver the roses without any acknowledge. There is no refund as well. I want to file this report against them for full refund.
Such fraudsters! I hope karma paybacks u for playing with people's emotions...

I ordered a valentine present from flaberry.com, the delivery was to a town called Bodinayakannur in Tamilnadu. They took the order and also received the payment and when i dint receive the delivery i dropped email to customer support and i have been told that the location is remote and we cant deliver it.

I have even requested for next day delivery date just incase if this issue is due to valentine...

I had order for flower on 13th Feb 2017 to deliver it on 14th Feb 2017 for Bangalore address. Its been 3 days, they are providing any details and no option to refund the amount. The numbers given in the website are fake. They never get connected and always have automated replies.

I have seen multiple complaints on cheats and not delivering the product in consumer form. Even I have lodge a complaint in consumer form.

I have placed an ordered flowers via Flaberry.com on 10th Feb 2017 for my parents anniversary Order reference is # [protected] and it is of amount 399 rs . This order never delivered to parents and no help from customer care as well.

Also sent an email to Customer care asking the problem, till now dint received any reply or acknowledgement. When I checked the forum, this seems to be fake site, cheating customers and taking money...

This site is totally fraud, they cheated their users by taking there payment and not delivered users product .i placed an online order through flabbery on 7 feb.i pay through paytm wallet.theses guys just take money nor send any confirmation mail, nor delivered my order and when i try to contact there number are wrong none pick the call none of customer support respnse...

My order ([protected]) was supposed to be delivered by 20:00 on 9-2-17,
but still at 18:41 on 10-2-17 it has not been delivered,

at 20:40 on 9-2-17 i was informed that my order can not be delivered on time e.i. by 20:00 on 9-2=17,
and they asked if they can deliver it by 20:00 on 10-2-17,
and when i asked for cancellation of my order, i was informed that they would only transfer my money in form of store...

I ordered a chocolate bouquet which was delivered in a very bad condition totally opp to what it was shown in their site..after complaining to them several times they lately agreed to return 200credit points for my further flaberry purchase to which i complaint again many times asking to refund that amount as i wont be doing any purchase ever in my life from them but their people never responded till date.....

Hi team,

I placed an order on Feb 7th 2017.
And the order number is[protected].the customer care not answering my calls neither reply to my mails .If they can't deliver the products .Why the hell they receive the order .
Which supposed to be delivered at 4pm.
But I did not get any delivery .The customer service number is invalid and the online chat is not genuine.

Please screw the flaberry...

I had placed an order for a bouquet of chocolates on the 1st of January, 2017 which has not been delivered till date through the website called flaberry the domain name is (http://www.flaberry.com/) with the order number[protected]. The order was expected to be delivered between 12-4 on the 1st but it was not at all delivered and hasn't been delivered till date. I am not surprised with this incident because the customer service is very poor...

I have order a Birth day Bouquet and was shown 999RS as final price and commited to be delivered between 4Pm to 8 PM 19th Dec.

i got a call at 7 Pm asking for extra payment of 200 RS due to city limits.
after the payment i was told this will be delivered by dec 20th in mornign time .. later i was informed in a mail tht it will be delivered by 3pm and now they are saying 8pm.
where is the Customer Satisfication...

The order was executed on 19 Oct still its not been executed, the shameful part is that you have not kept us informed about the order that was not been delivered. Please cancel the order and refund the amount before 07th nov 2016. Or else please calculate interest as per credit card company from which the transaction was initiated.
Please note you have mechanised talking Robots at work place and surprising part is there is no managers...

I had placed an order on Flaberry.com at 11:30 am through order no:[protected] . At 6:30 pm I received a call from their side that bouquet would not be delivered since the location is far from Bangalore. My concern is that their approach was full of lethargy, they informed me at the last moment that bouquet would not be delivered, had they informed prior I would have arranged delivery through different website .

I would like to first highlight here that this so called florist "Flaberry" should be renamed as "Robbery". They are selling flowers but after placing an order, they do not have any way to track your order. Their delivery time is upto 8pm. Somebody ask these, who would be sitting in the office until 8 pm to receive a surprise delivery. After contacting them multiple times, I got different replies from different customer...
