I am already filed a complaint on 07/3/2024 but no solution is till date, so, i again filed the complaint about the product. I placed a order of Samsung 7 kg 5 star, Ecobubble Digital Inverter, Fully Autimatic Top Load Washing Machine Grey your online portal (FLIPKART) account no [protected] on 28/02/2024.At first time we receive a scratch product I was returned the same. On 03/03/2024 we received again the same product....

I ordered skechers UK Size shoes worth 2999. The product that was delivered to me were two right foot shoes, one right foot shoe o[censored]K size 2 and one right foot shoe o[censored]K size 3. I received a wrong delivery and want to return the shoes.

I received the delivery yesterday and reached out to the customer support team 4 times so far and have not received any resolution on this.

Before leaving our home, he told me that the machine would turn off automatically, and then I would have to switch off the power supply, but in running condition, the machine was sparked, blasted and smelled...

I am not able to change my account linked mobile number in flipkart. when I am able to login with my registered email Id using OTP, I am not able to change the registered mobile number. I do not have access to mobile number which I changed in 2016 and years after I logged in flipkart and added gift voucher. I was not stopped while adding gift voucher, However when I am using it I am asked for OTP to which I am not able to access.

I purchased many grocery items from them as I do every month. However this month when I ordered I added an extra item which is Gobindo bhog rice which was promised for donation. Of course, when I received the item I sent the sealed rice bag to the concerned place because that's what people do they don't just break the seal and then send. When the concerned place opened the package they saw the bag is full of white worms which was very unhygienic...

This is to inform you that I have ordered 8 items from Flipkart Grocery on 4th March 2024 (order ID OD[protected]. But unfortunately they still did not deliver my order. Flipkart becoming worst worst service ever day by day. Trust me even after multiple follow ups calling Flipkart customer care they will simply say “product will reach you soon” once it’s cancelled by them with out customer also knowing they will say “sorry for inconvenience, please place the order again you won’t face such issue again”

I am unable to access Flipkart pay later service since I am unable to add my phone number to my account. it shows that the user is already registered when I try to add the number. I had an old account on same platform which I am no more using because the mail id was compromised. I have deactivated the same and started this new account. How can I add my phone number to this new account, so that I can avail all the services....

We placed order for Kenstar 90l dessert air cooler on 27th February and product delivered on next day 28th Feb.
Without OTP the delivery persons refused to open the box and after providing we checked the product castor wheels are missing and immediately responded about that and asked to return .

My wife has received a gift card from yougov. She wants to update her new number in your system. When contacting your customer by mail/ bot we get message otp sent to your registered number.
The issue is the registered number is no more with us. How can we update the otp when we don't receive the same.

I am new to Flipkart and had never returned nor cancelled any of the products. But still the account was blocked without any reason. You can see my order history. So unblock my account, otherwise I had to file legal action against this unprofessional and ridiculous behaviour.

My previous complaint about Samsung S24 Ultra is related to this, as it was purchased from Flipkart.
