I am trying to add my gift card of Rs. 1000 to my flipkart account but it is showing ERROR as "This card belong to a wallet and direct transactions are not allowed on this card."...

Purchased an SAMSUNG air conditioner from flipkart and I got the product on 25-Feb-2024 (Order id : OD[protected]. While checking the installation details on flipkart, I found that the installation date is scheduled for 26th Feb. But i have not recived any calls / sms regarding installation till 26th Feb.

I received a used & faulty pair of earbuds after they were sold as new at full price. Flipkart delivered me a broken TV through open box delivery, the TV looks fine from outside but found broken after tuning it on.
