Hi,

I had recharged my mobile number (Airtel) from Freecharge worth Rs. 198 on 10th Feb 2016.
But recharge was failed and i contacted to Freecharge team to tell me about failed transaction amount and about refund.
But after 5 conversations by mail till today evening i have no reply from Freecharge. My money stuck at freecharge and also can not get recharge.
Now i had done recharge from another site and no need to recharge.
But i want my 198 rs anyhow from Freecharge.

If they want time to resolve it, at least they should have to inform me...

I have paid to shooperstop using my freecharge accoount for which i am entitled for 50% cash back. So when i am supposed to receive them? Total payment value was around 1575.

I have made a Recharge on 10-02-16 via Freecharge.in however this is not done yet. Amount has been debited from my bank for the transactions. ref. no.- FCVW160210316791513
Despite of login compliance with Freecharge no action has been taken..not even a single call is received yet.

They have also not put any contact no. cleverly, please help as I am not getting any support from them.
So many time I called on their customer care no. but no one pick the call.

Suggest what to do...

I have paid elctricity bill(MSEB, Maharshtra board) using freecharge.
Money got deducted from my bank account but freecharge didn't make payment to merchant for the same.

Both Bill paid on:31Jan16, still not reflected on MSEB website.
MSEB Customer ids:160250042903, 170250395852 to which bill payment done.


Sent email to freecharge.in twice for the same. Also contacted customer case but no one responded and They didn't reply to any of the emails.

As this is utility payment So my electricity may got disconnect.
Kindly resolve...

I have made recharge yesterday. But for first time i have a payment failure. However the amount has been deducted from my bank. But for second time i recharged same amount, the payment was successful but recharge has not been received yet. My both the order id's are as follows

I have suffered failed transactions on several occasions. On the first occasion, FreeCharge took a week to resolve my issue. On the second occasion, I had to write a mail to get the transaction completed. If left to them, there is no guarantee of any failed transactions being completed. No compensation for monetary loss suffered by me on the process. Very poor service...

I tried using freecharge to make a bill payment for a Idea Post Paid mobile. . Money got deducted from my bank account but freecharge didn't make payment to Idea for the same.

Sent email to freecharge.in twice for the same. Also contacted customer case but no one responded and They didn't reply to any of the emails.

Because of payment due my mobile connection getting discounted...

I tried using freecharge.in to make a bill payment for a mobile. It was urgently required to make the payment Thats why I used online mode. Money got deducted from my bank account but freecharge.in didn't make payment to Aircel for the same.
Sent email to freecharge.in twice for the same. They didn't reply to any of the emails.

Freecharge is just so irresponsible, they don't even bother to reply to your ticket raised for concern.I paid an amount of 400 and 100 using my freecharge account mail id is kumarbureadel@gmail.com and my "Ticket # 3042618" "Ticket # detail 3042577" order id is FCMW160206314149582 ; FCMA160206314163034 i contact them on care@freecharge.com but they not giving any replay. amount nither credit in my bill nither in my credit card so guy this is fraud company don, t do any payment by their account as they are making fool to people. fraud company is freecharge and freecharge is a fraud company....

On 7th FEB 2016, My Friend also done bill payment but its also successful but failed to reflect in account.
Note: Past two days sending mail to care@freecharge.in only getting ticket numbers but there is no replay from them (ticket no are Ticket # 3048322, # 3056561). Personally I felt like got cheated by Free charge.

Dear Free charge,

On 7th FEB 2016, I was done my mobile bill payment of rs 100 of 2 num's (9171418820 and 8144834236) totally 200 rupees but its is successful and I got invoice copy but almost two days are gone its failed to reflect in my payment.

This is regarding

Bill Payment Receipt from FreeCharge - OrderId:FCMA160206314009933

For this particular order however the amount was deducted from my bank account and I also received a message telling that my bill was paid. But 2 working days on the amount is not credited to the Docomo account. As it is my postpaid number I chose freecharge to do my bill payments. I wanted to know where exactly is the money gone. I have done this recharge on 6 feb, 2016....
