Hello there,

Today i have made a payment, using my account registered on my phone number 7069584804, to TORRENT POWER to pay my electricity bill (SERVICE NO/CUSTOMER NO. 100162818). The transaction appears successful on freecharge but my bill hasn't been paid on TORRENT. What to do now?

Transaction NO.:- FCEI160526392100010.

Even their own app displays that my electricity bill of ₹1040 is not paid and asks to pay again.

This is not the service that i expected. This is the 3rd time i am having any inconvinience in your service....

I did a recharge from freecharge.In during april 2016.

Recharged date: 2016-04-15
Recharge amount : rs. 94.00

I did a 2g net pack of rs 94/- for 1gb data with 28 days validity.
After i make a recharge my account was debited but net pack was not activated.Instead of net pack, 79 mins talk time i got.

Why i dont get net pack. I further survey and found that in reliance communication website that net pack of 94 is not available instead of 94, rs 97 is available.

Now my complain is that i trusted...

I have done payment on wrong no. For my broadband connection. For the same I reach out first to Airtel and the responded that no. does not exist so we can not trace the debited amount. And they advised that talk to freecharge customer care they will trace the payment and reverse your amount.
So I tried so many time freecharge customer care no but no one picked up my call I emailed on care@freecharge as well but are not responding satisfactory resolution.

In this situation no one is helping me.

Please help me with proper solution.
And sever my amount ASAP....

You guys acted so irresponsibly. the refund was initiated on 7th of May and still theres no trace of money. its not only an issue of money but also how carelessly you handle your customers. is this your corporate behaviour. not at all responsive. if this behaviour and response is maintained towards customers, you are gonna loose all your reliability and services. i am gonna seek legal action against such inconvenient behaviour. Freecharge — Refund of money.

I tried to add money to wallet at freecharge for bill payment of Rs.2394 on 13th May 2016, but somehow the transaction failed, the money was debited from my account .I complainted to - they replied that the refund would be done within 7 days .
I made 3 complaints till now and even now money is not refunded .They are not even giving me proper information that money will be refunded or not.
I hope that the money is refunded soon.PLEASE HELP!!!

I have added a bank account to my freecharge profile and i have transferred the freecharge money of my freecharge wallet to that bank account which i added
But the problem is instead of account number i have added my card number in bank account section but i have entered right ifsc code

Hai free charge... I could not able to login my account and my free charge wallet is having lot of money but i couldn't able to access it.. Showing some errors while login.. But my friends login are working fine..

I mailed people, but that is completely useless they didn't helped me in any means.. I'm totally helpless now do some thing!

And, i tried to call customer care people those numbers are always damn busy! Really annoyed of your support and service....

I can done a recharge of 159 rs of bsnl (+919468048765) on 17 may 2016. My email id of freecharge account is Payment of 159 rs is deducted from my canara bank account. Card number is 5497593164023205. Expire date of card is 11/2023. Transaction get failed but i can not received that refund of 159 rs in my wallet or my canara account. Free Charge — Mobile no. not recharge

I had recharge a reliance cdma mobile no.9368345997 transaction id :-fcvw160519386917782 but its shows pending in our transaction status and the amount is already deduct from my account, then i had mailed to customer care department of free charge regarding this issue but they are not responding and not refund my money, i highly disappoint from free charge team.

Paid rs.499 for 2gb 3g data 56 days validity and talktime 270 as recommended plan by app and after payment received rs.401 talktime, 2gb 2g data... This is not the service for which i have opted... After complaining company accepted their mistake and refunded cashback rs.100 which ultimately to be used in freecharge only so indirectly keeping my hard earned money in their pockets and forcing me to use 2g service instead of 3g even though i made full payment for 3g... Totally conned...!!!...

Hi there, Iam unable to put net pack on my Airtel phone, this is the second time Iam trying to recharge via free-charge, it worked fine on Jan 17th, however it is giving me an error message while doing the same this time.
