I had booked ticket from vyara to bharuch yesterday. But, i have no get any sms by yr provider. So, i have missed bus . It's all mistake happened by bus conductor....

We have booked Gsrtc tickets from Vadodara to Statue o[censored]nity on 10.12.2022. Official time of journey from Vadodara to Statue o[censored]nity is 8.00 am to 10.00 am. But this driver & conductor taking lightly. It is 10.00 am now & we are still 1.5 hours away from Statue o[censored]nity. We are going to reach at Statue o[censored]nity by 11.30 am instead of 10.00 am. This is very very irresponsible from Driver & conductor.

I had booked a sofa seat in the sleeper bus for relaxation purposes. But here the knob for the stretch of the seat is missing by which the seat un-stretch to its normal position at 90 degrees.
If the know is knob is not working then the sleeper sofa is worth less. And I had sacrifice my sleep is other thing.
So I am requesting for refund or customer satisfactiory action.

I booked ticket to travel from Shirdi to Vapi but there is no availablity of Bus due whatever reason I don't know my money not get back refunded till although I am not traveled....

Today's 30/11/2022, I have tried to book 6 tickets from Ahmedabad, Geeta mandir bus stop to Statute o[censored]nity advance tickets for 30/12/2022.the total amount was Rs3350/- debited from account but tickets are not issued to me. I have telephoned the EDP Manager for help. He had given the telephone number of Dts EDP number [protected] for assistance.
Till date I am unable to in touch with them

Rajkot-Meghraj bus time is 1:30 am. I am still waiting for bus. this is not first time. many times bus not coming on right time.
