Very rough driving and rude behavior...
They can't stop bus at road (bus stop) our gsrtc slogan is" Hath uncho kro ane bus ma beso" I was stand my hand to stop bus but they can't stop a bus... And very rudely behave... So i request please actions against this type of your rude drivers... I hope you understand this problem... Bcz this type incident...

I booked ticket for Rajpipla from Ahmedabad for 10 September. Bus arrival time was 12:00am, I reached to Ahmedabad geeta mandir at 10:00pm, 9 September.Due to ganpati visarjan all buses was late, So i started waiting for bus. There was no official at enquiry office to inform me about bus's current status. After waiting for 2:45 am(2:45 hours after estimated arrival time) I had to cancel my plan. All that time at bus stand there was no official...

Botad depot bus, bhavnagar, gujrat, bus no - GJ-18-Z4066, THEY have a stop at bavla sanand chowkdi but they don't stop bus i run behind bus driver can't stop bus and i hurt at my leg 😭...

I am talking from navsari bus stand..My PNR number is G[protected]...I reserved vapi-chanasma bus and my pick up point is navsari and want to go ahmedabad...My bus time shown in schedule 00.30 and I reached at navsari busstand at 00:27 but bus already gone from navsari bus stand before 00:27 means 5 to 10 minutes before actual pickup time...and conductor doesn't call me...i called him at 00:45 and he told bus leaved and i am fresher so dont...

I had a pickup from Iskon Ahmesabad at 07.10 pm while bus arrived at 08: 20pm. Again it stopped far from its stop near busstand.. When I reached the conductor without confirming the passanger arrival told driver to go. I have to speak loudly to get into bus.. on that speaks rudely like how can u have booking what is seat no? Then I told him your phone is switched off and u r leaving...

Gsrtc Volvo (Ahmedabad-Rajkot) is taking time in filling up fuel and it takes 10 minutes to reach stopping point (Limbdi) where time is wasted also bus depo is not clean. Washrooms are horrible. All this is affecting bus punctuality for which gsrtc Volvo is known for....

I have booked 3 times ticket from AHMEDABAD NEHRUNAGAR to JUNAGADH. in that Money deducted from my credit card but ticket not confirm. till date i didn't get refund....

5 મિનિટ ના રસ્તા ઉપર છે જે જગ્યા પર પેસેન્જર ને હાલાકી થાય છે તો તેનો hold સામખિયાળી બસ સ્ટોપ e કરાવો...

Today on 09/09/2022 Rajpipla to Kirti Stambha bus time is 12:15 but the bus is picked up earlier than time which is not reasonable

It’s always delay or cancelletion of bus of route santrampur. It never comes on a time, even after half an hour.
Please provide bus or atleast make sure that you are fullfilling the service of route panchmahal....

On the behalf of all Nargol people, I want to acknowlege that Bus from Vapi to Nargol at evening 5:30pm is not available since 07.09.22 till date. And there are no other options since there is too much traffic in Vapi to reach train station. It's very problematic especially to all ladies travelling from Vapi to Nargol.
A request to please resolve the matter....

I have already wait my bus on my station . I call bus conductor and he says within 15 min we reach and pick you...next 30 min. Passes after we call bus conductor and he says bus have already gone from ur station point...so why conductor not calling me? Which puropse reservation time i give my mobile number.?...

મારી ૩ સીટ તારીખ-૦૧/૦૯/૨૦૨૨ ની હતી.પણ તેને postpone કરીને તારીખ-૦૩/૦૯/૨૦૨૨ ની કરી હતી. ગાંધીધામ થી વડનગર ટિકિટ confirm થઈ પણ conductor ના રિઝર્વેશન લિસ્ટ માં નામ ન હોવાથી મારે ફરીથી ટિકિટ લેવી...

I have an express pass, even though I have a pass, they say that the pass will not run, there is an extra bus and they say that if I don't want to take a ticket, I should sleep here. Now if we do, what should I do? When I get my Adalaj pass, when I turn 18 for Adalaj ticket, I have 24 rupees in my pass.

Dhandhuka depo runs bus service between Ranpur - Surendranagar like circular route. Bus is running since 1994 or so.
Last couple of weeks but time table is totally mis-aligned. Every day in the evening bus starts from Ranpur to surendranagar at 6.15 P.M. but it runs one hour late daily. No solution found even after calling dhandhuka depo.
Please maintain timing at any cost.

I have booked two tickets on sunday 28/08/2022 but tickets were not booked but payment is completed and Rupees 844 were deducted from my account and still i don't get my refund back and also on your GSRTC Application it is not shows any refund status.
