I had placed order from Healthkart and it had been shipped via Delhivery on 31st may 2016. Till today as on 13th June 2016 I haven't received my item. And even after complaining so many times oto Healthkart and delhivery they are saying that it will take 3-4 days more and under section 144 it has been delayed. As I read about section 144 there is no such case...

On 27th of May 2016, I ordered an Optimum Nutrition creatine from Healthkart.com having order id HKA[protected]. They told me that they will refund me as soon as tgey will receive the product. The product is said to have been returned but they are not initiating my refund. I gave all necessary details about my refund. It has been more than 10 days that i have not received my refund. So i want my refund as early as possible....

I bought an optimum nutrition creatine from www.healthkart.com. But unfortunately i ordered the wrong product and for which i have paid rs 1044. I saw no cancel option in their website. I recently ordered a pre workout powder supplement from healthkart.com, upon opening the supplement I found that the powder had somehow absorbed water and become rock solid. Healthkart has refused to replace that supplement even thought it is not consumable anymore. Upon trying to dissolve it in water it is not dissolving and therefore it is no longer consumable.
