I have always been a loyal customer of HealthKart. But it seems like they are taking customers for granted. I had ordered a Whey Protein on 20th September 2015. I got a confirmation saying that they would deliver the product by 26th Sept. Its been 29 Sept still the product is not delivered. I called their customer care around 4 times. Everytime they say, "it will get delivered by today for sure". Dont know what really they are trying to prove....

I had ordered a few times before from healthkart and always received timely delivery and had started to trust the company for good service. Until this time when I did not receive the order on time..
