Till date i have not received extended warranty & on road side assistance original invoice (Received mailed copy). When reported to day to sales person mr akshay tiwari he replied to send mail again. Do you not issue original copy to consumers.

I purchaed a honda city vx cvt during july' 2017. The radio was not working. So was the navigation chip. I had to visit the service center to get the same repaired. They raised an htr and a replacement was obtained after about a week. The radio unit started working, but the navigation chip did not work. They raised another htr and a fresh replacement was obtained during september. The replaced navigation chip also did not function.

The bridgestone eukopia tyre of the all new honda city facelift its design of the tyre is very bad & the quality of the tyre is also worst. I had not seen a such type of the tyre at all the tyre gets burst with a small impact. I feel very guilty that i'm using such type of car & the tyre. Main issue: my car armrest lock is broken. It was cleverly glued by someone at the service center and it is something which cannot be identified quickly and when i used the car after some time it came off and i found dried glue and all which have been used to fix it temporarily. After few days when i went to regent honda service center they simply denied and were very rude as well.
