I have sent my car to eastern honda service centre (Kolkata) on 05th sep 17. The same day, an advisor called me to state that they will log the case to my insurance company the next day. Today is 11/09. I have neither had any further calls from them nor have any update if the case has been logged to my insurance company.

I have book Honda city SVMT in the Name D.Jayanthi at Manasarovar Honda Porur Chennai by paying 5000 RS and post GST price of VMT got Reduced so i changed the booking from SVMT to VMT. On 09 august 17, with rs. 10, 000/- so that i can get my car before eid. But due to various factors it somehow does not materialized.
