I have try to book train ticket from goibibo payment done by mobikwik wallet, amount debited from my wallet ticket not booked some webpage error occurred after amount debited. GST Bill not providing by Hotel as well as Goibibo

Hi,
I stayed at Hotel Shreenithi, Madurai using goibibo booking. I have given my GST details in the app as well as to hotel team.
They committed me to share the GST bill via whatsapp/email.
Right now hotel refuses to give the gst bill since the payment done to goibibo.
Goibibo team also not responding for my request for the bill.
There is no customer care contact point available in goibibo for further escalation.br...

Just 2% Refund - COVID positive traveler

Payment deducted thrice

Hi had booked flight for 30thJan2022 from goibibo website PNR: JB2FQ. on 25th Jan2022. On payment page after payment it was not showing success and I did payment trice. After that I called customer care executive and informed about refund of two payments, he informed within 48 hours payment will be refunded which did not happen. Request for initiation of refund processed by airline

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

1. It is intimated that I had booked two flights on PNR MTJPNL for Mr. Kartik Panwar (BLR- DEL on 14 Jan 2022 and DEL-BLR on 19 Jan which was later on rescheduled by me for 23 Jan 2022). The traveller availed the flight from BLR to DEL on 14 Jan but the airline rescheduled the flight for 23 Jan 2022 and provided an alternate flight which was not meeting travel requirements, so the airline cancelled the ticket...

Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Flight cancelled by Airlines but didnt get refund back yet

Refund not processed for covid impacted traveller

Goibibo promises to give 100% refund if traveller gets covid within 14 days of travel. I submitted my reports on time and i raised cancellation request and refund request but the team is not processing the same and not giving refund...

Not refund my money back

Airline refunded my money to goibibo group but goibibo not refund my money back. I have proof of these things do some big action to this fraud company...

Flight cancellation refund by goibibo

I booked a flight of indigo airlines( Del to Nag) from goibibo app, the flight got cancelled on the day of departure and no other arrangements were made. The total amount I paid was 3273. I requested a refund for flight cancellation as the flight was cancelled by the airlines due to operational issues. The refund amount I received is rs 109. Even though it was the airline who cancelled the flight....

Hotel Denied Checkin and they are not refunding

I booked 2 rooms in a Hotel in Shimla from 23rd Jan 2022 to 24th Jan 2022. I reached there in the evening and the Hotel Manager (Torrentium Lodge) asked he is not having any room available as the already residing customers continued their trip. Refund not received for Cancelled ticket

The ticket was canceled well in advance during December 2021. As per mail received, from ibibo, the refund foe ₹3088 is processed and refund awaited since 11 January 2022.
Ibibo has given wrong RRN number(11 digit).
But RRN number is 12 digit as per SBI ....

Flight q

I have been trying to get into contact with the people but their cell service is just the worst.they are moving us around in circles and just keeping us on hold.I want to upgrade my flight to a student baggage allowance and discount .Goibio is always on the front when they want sales but they aren't helping the customers at all....

Charging money when flight fare same as well zero date change fee

I have booked zero date change fee flight, when I tried to change date it is showing 2500 fare increased when actual fare is lesser or same in the goibibo site, this is a fraud to take money from customer without any reason, flight fare same or lesser, zero date change fee then why they are charging on what basis this fraud is done to take money from customer which is very unethical....

Incorrectly processed Refund

There is a full refund for tickets when we are unable to travel if we are tested positive. Myself and my elder child tested positive and I had raised a refund request. But, they processed it as a normal cancellation and refunded less than 3% of the total booking amount.

I was able to reach the customer care only once and he said they did not receive the test reports and asked me to mail them. I did. But after that, I am not...
