I have been trying to call their customer care team in the hope of speaking to someone around cancellation of my air tickets. The issue is such where I feel talking to someone is much better than typing back and forth.

I booked bus ticket (3 seats) to travel from kolkata to cuttack for 11.12.2021 for through GOIBIBO App vide Booking ID:GOBUSMOB8FAD567CA5 and PNR No.D6XAHV9F but when reached on the scheduled time to board the bus it was told from the operator end that the bus has been cancelled. When claimed from refund of the booking amount they told that since the booking is done through online so the refund processed will be initiated from GOIBIBO end....

I rescheduled my booking from 3rd of Dec to 7th of Dec 2021, where the amount was deducted first but I didn't get any confirmation of ticket. So I had to book it once again. M trying to talk with the customer care but they are not reachable. Need an immediate response from Goibibo in this regard. Hope I will be getting a call soon....

We had booked the below Air India flights for travel in 2020 on Goibibo, but due to the Covid-19 travel ban, our flights were cancelled and we haven't received the refunds yet from the airlines (Air India) or the booking partner (Goibibo)
Goibibo had confirmed on the attached email that they have initiated the refund with the airlines. However, we haven't heard back from Goibibo even after multiple follow-ups.
