I have applied for the personal loan in icici in oct 2020 and i had paid EMI for last 6 months without any delays. Recently, my personal loan was updated/changed with new loan which i am not aware.

Because of this activity, i had lost Rs.24000 and 2 days sleep as of now . i don't know how ICICI processed the loan without getting customer approval or without giving any information. When i asked for the details with Relationship...

I had opted for Auto debit for credit card from my saving account.

At the time of opting Auto debit I didn't informed nor we mutually aggreged on paper for any charges for bouncing of Auto debit due to insufficient balance.

ICICI bank had done fraud to me by charging 2500+GST for bouncing of Auto debit.

Even though I had made my full payment on time.

After Many follwups with customer...

I withdraw 500 in Icici ATM but money was not dispensed then i try for the next 500 now too money not dispensed but amount was debited from my account...

My multi wallet card is valid till 11/21 still i am not able to access it, when tried to find balance through online it is prompting me message "invalid card"

An unauthorised deduction of Rs.6700/- has done on 3rd April, 2021 from my account...

There are 2 Transition of 137.67 and 826.00 from my savings account for dp chgs

And I have never used the demat account also. I am also not aware that I have demat account.

Kindly refund my amount or else I close ICICI Bank saving account to avoid such transactions without any proper communication.

Hi. This is Mohammed Zain Batatawala. I am an account holder in ICICI bank for the last 5 years. I have noticed that I have a deduction of Rs. 29.5 for six times continuously! And I didn't even get notified for it.

I am being charged 199 every month from Amazon Stan even though I have no subscription. What is this issue about? Could please fox this asap....

I am an a/c holder of ICICI bank for the last 3 years.

Now they have charged Rs.177 under the category DCARDFEE2453DEC20-NOV21+GST on 28 Dec 2020.

I am not aware of what type of charge this is. They never informed me regarding this charge either by email or by letter or by SMS.

I want the money to be credited in my a/c which has been deducted from my a/c....

I had faced very arrogant, loud and unprofessional behavior of one of the customer representative naming "Mubasshir" from Mumbai ICICI collection department. He was just screaming so loud on the call and not listening to the concern I was trying to convey. I wanted to know the reasons for myself getting charged extra on credit card bill even after clearing entire outstanding balance.

I have been charged for for insufficient balance in my account.
Actually my Mutual Funds ECS will be deducted 1st of the month every time. Because of the holidays on 31st March and 1st and 2nd April they tried on 30th March but my salary credited on 31st March.

On account of Quarterly settlement Zerodha transferred idle fund from the zerodha to my bank account but it is still not reflected in my bank account....
