I have missed my emi since the salary is not been paid yet and unfortunately I have been detected 590 rupees two times by the IDBI bank .Also the mother bank kotak Mahindra also charged me 1280 rupees.
Kindly refund....

Dear IDBI,

My father invested Rs 2700 in IDBI Series 1 bond in my name and handed it over to me as a gift. Visited IDBI bank a couple of times but I didn't get proper answer. I request you to act on the below bond and provide me the maturity value as of today....

I don't know why this happened. Need the amount refund of a valid reason....

Sir, it was first time when I missed the EMI but you have charged the ach rtn charges 2 times...please, sir return my funds.it won't be happen again.

I made a payment of Rs. 280 on 06th July 2021 from my IDBI Bank Account via UPI. The amount is deducted from my account but was not credited to the recipient. I sent a mail to the bank through the netbanking facility but it is still not resolved.

Kindly help me out with the refund of my amount deducted from my account....
