I returned a kurti to amazon. The refund was initiated on 12 June and credited to my bank account on 17 June but it is not showing in my bank account ....

IDBI bank had deduct a sum of rs. 3917/- on 07/05/2021 as an emi while i didn't have any loan regarding that, i contacted the concerned benificiary company BYJUS and they refunded the particular amount of rs. 3917/- today 24/06/2021 at morning, but after that IDBI has again deduct the amount of rs. 590/- for ACH RTN charges as they said,
So i am requesting that since i dont have such kind of loan, so please refund my money back rs....

I missed my EMI 3 consecutive month but the bank deducted 9 times ACH-RTN-CHRG @Rs590 and total Rs 5310. I didn't get the logic behind it. The bank branch failed to explain. I requested to refund the amount after deduction appropriate amount.

During this pandemic, everyone is trying to use digital mode of payments. From grocery, medicine to utility bills, all the payments are done using Google pay. It's difficult to keep a tab on account balance before each payment. I tried to make payment using Google pay and it didn't go through due to insufficient balance and I have been charged for Rs 590 as penalty.

Please spare such penalties during these difficult times when...

As per the earlier transactions, the amount of Rs. 590 for SPI is deducted every month on 18th. According to normal banking time, I made the balance available on my account but the amount got deducted too early in the morning which is an unusual bank timing. Due to this I faced a loss of Rs. 590 which is clear unfair. The amount was available on my account still I faced penalty as per ECS norms...

I have an order on amazon on 5 January 2021 amount 12, 843, in that amount 6, 597 has refund but, amount not came into the bank account,
I have already discussed with a bank and Raise against the check dispute form in that amount, customer care told me the number RRN:[protected] which you have given the wrong, and one discussed with amazon and merchants.
Kindly check into this matter and send money ASAP...
