phone numbers provided for customer care are not in use

This is really shocking that the numbers provided in the official website for customer service are not in use. It is a fact that most of the people in our country use irctc to book their tickets.in such case, irctc should be more careful about their correspondence with their customers. But there is no proper channel to correspond with irctc. Such a bad service provided by irctc.
Please provide appropriate phone number and mail ids...

ticket not booked.. still amount debited

Rs. 345.00 spent on card xx5581 on[protected], 10:55:56 at one97 communication li, delhi

I tried to book the train ticket.. But error pop-up came after payment. Amount got debited from my account. I yet to receive the refund amount of rs. 345. This is a month end and so please take care of this with high priority.
When can i expect the refund.. Please take care of this asap.....

I have booked train ticket on 18. Aug.2018. But train got diverted from my station. As a result of which i filed tdr for refund.
In irctc website its showing amount has been refunded but i have not received any money. Kindly return my money back.

Refund amount: 1875 rupees

about 13352 coaches allepy dhanbad express

Dear sir, today i. E 26/10/18 we r travelling in this train till dhanbad, we r in s3 coach, birth 49-52 i am ashamed of complaing about the the coach in this coach most of the power sockets are not functioning, and the seats r torned, there no food trays, hangers in any of coaches, thease coach are very old and not supposed to be for an express train.
I understand that it not easy for u to replace these bogies but u please atleast...

details of deducted amount from tatkal refund

I booked a tatkal ticket through irctc from durgapur - dgr to dd upadhyaya jn - ddu on 25 october 2018. My transaction id and pnr number were [protected] and [protected] respectively. The ticket amount was rs. 1, 187.29 (Including irctc charge). Unfortunately, the ticket was in waiting and it was not confirmed after chart preparation. Now i get refund rs. 1110 (Refund id: [protected]) on 26 october.
Now, kindly i want to know...

refund amount not credited even after a year

I cancelled 2 sleeper tickets from chengannur (Cngr) to hubli (Ubl) on 4th december which was booked for 28th december hubli express (12778). Pnr number of the ticket is [protected]. Cancellation id is [protected].
I haven't received the refund amount yet. I enquired in the bank and they have confirmed it that it is not received yet. I booked the tickets from irctc app and it's been one year....

I have booked two tickets on irctc using my rupay debit card, but i cancelled both the tickets on irctc app its showing money has been refunded back to payumoney bank but the refunded money has not been credited back to my account. Please look into matter

refunding of the deducted amount

I booked tickets of inr 595 on irctc website through payu money gate way, the amount was deducted from my account but the irctc website is showing "pending from bank end". I confirmed with my bank that money has been deducted and even i got message of deducted amount.
Kindly help me to sort out this problem

awaiting refund on canceled ticket

Awaiting refund
I had canceled my ticket from manmad jn to nanded on 27th september, 2018 and till now i didn't get my refund credited in my bank account.
Zaakpay is very slow in crediting refunds compared to the others like paytm which will take approximately one week to credit refund
I request zaakpay to credit my refund as soon as possible in my bank account

I was booking my five ticket from ahmedabad to chennai, but during booking of ticket at a time transaction was failed and 3600/- rs. Deducted from my account. After one week deducted amount not credit to my account. Following my reservation detail.

Booking dt. 16.10.18 time : 00:52 hrs.

money paid through pay u via irctc

I paid my money through payu via irctc... And cancelled it because of some personal reason... I have been contacted to irctc they informed that they refunded my amount.. The next day of cancellation itself... But its not added to my account... Transaction id [protected]

otp for email verification not received even after numerous attempts

I am not able to login to my irctc account as its demanding email verification via otp. Even after numerous attempts otp is not been received on email. I have to cancel one of my tickets urgently and book another one. I donot think the site is sending any otp to email. Also why of a sudden have they trying to verify the details. I am ussing this irctc id for a long time. Never faced such a problem. Kindly look into thematter. Its very urgent...

coach, punctuality and cleanliness

I traveled to hosapete on 13th oct, 2018. My dissatisfaction is about continuous smell emanating from train's toilet. This may be an e-toilet. I noticed there was not enough water.

We had to bear this bad smell 14 hrs.
Apart from this train reached destination 3 hrs late

failed transaction

Rs.415.49p debited from my account while booking ticket on 20.10.2018 thru online booking by irctc app. For my onward travel from cuttack to howrah scheduled on 21.10.2018 under tatkal quota. But transaction failed. I have not got the reservation. Filing tdr or cancellation not possible thru irctc in case of failed transaction. Hence my money should be refunded....

misbehaviour of tt rahul verma

Have booked a ticket from new delhi to kathgodam which was going to depart at 6:00 a. M on 22.10.2018 and yet the chart was not chart prepared till 7:30 and tt rahul verma came to check the tt and when i said that i haven't received any chart prepared status and ticket status then he started talking badly and in high pitch. He started misbehaving so kindly please take a look at the matter which is not good as i being a girl and travelling...

chart not prepared

Dear sir
I have booked a ticket from new delhi to kathgodam which was going to depart at 6:00 a. M on 22.10.2018 and yet it is showing no chart prepared at 7:00 a. M which is why i am unable to find out that my ticket has been confirmed yet or not. So kindly please confirm my ticket 12040, seat no 72, coach c9. So that tt don't disturb me. I am single person travelling alone so please help me.
