920₹ was deducted from my account while I was paying for IRCTC. But irctc did not recieve any amount. And still after 7 days of this instance, I did not recieve any amount.

I have filed my compliant to all the shareholders in this case, that is, IRCTC, my bank, Bhim app but of no avail. Kindly look into this issue....

I was trying to book a ticket on IRCTC from Payzapp app through Bharat QR code, but unfortunately money got debited from my bank and ticket did not got booked. IRCTC however shows the Paymenst Staus as Pending from Bank End. IRCTC Transaction ID is [protected]. The payment gateway used State Bank of India Debit Card for the payment. Kindly help out with this ASAP....

Hi,

I have registered my NRI number and had paid NRI registration fees as well. However, i am unable to receive mobile verification code in my updated NRI number. Further, i have 8000 INR in my e-wallet which i am unable to use for booking, as i am unable to access my account.

I have been sending emails and made limiless calls to the irctc customer representatives. But i have got no positive response. Everytime...

I did not get the refund 930 rs. Credited to my credit card. When i emailed irctc about it, they simply sent a screenshots with reference number and all but what can i do with that when the amount is actually not credited to my account? Kindly, refund me my money or i will have to seek court's shelter. I have added the screenshot of the cancellation and refund status which not not true. Numbers written somewhere can not be a fact to run away...

I've planned few tickets for my journey to home town 4 months ago, but few days ago i just verified tickets but they were not there how is it possible, i've msg for that ticket but they are not appearing on my account is there any bug or we need to keep evidence for every ticket. Ui is good but if not able to see booked tickets

I am a working woman travelling from hindu college to chetpet daily. At 9.09 am there is a train no.43412. After that there is a gap of 25 minutes until the next train ie. 9.34 am. If it is late then we have to wait for almost 45 minutes. Crowd gathers during this time as it is peak hour. Many working people suffer due to the undistributed train timing that too during peak hour. The train timings should be scheduled keeping in mind the demands...

I booked a ticket on 12 October 2018 from sealadah to samastipur junction front Ganga Sahar express through irctc e-ticketing application. The ticket was not generated but the ticket value was deducted from my account. The same is required to be credited back into my account. Refund the amount as soon as possible. I purchased a ticket online from tenkasi to chennai by '12662' podhigai exp on 2nd december, 2018 at around 3.30pm. I used my debit card of axis bank from-where rs. This is regarding gurudev express train no 12660- shalimar nagercoil express.The train was late for cyclone and again it was late for 8 hrs for no reason.I had a exam on 13.10.18 which i missed because of this delay.I am really disatisfied and harassed by the delay .I boared the train on 11th and get out it on 13th.late for no reason.Please submit and take proper action or else i would compiled me to submit this complain to Cm Mamata Banerjee...

I have booked tkt on 27 sept in train no 11054 (Doj 28sept) (Pnr no [protected]) from allahabad junction to jabalpur but on that day train did was diverted and not come to allahabad junction, so i did not travel in that train. When i filed tdr the central zone inform that on 28 sept train was not diverted.. When i inquired about this i came to know that train did not come to allahabad on 28sept because of some work going on the railway line....

I have booked a railway ticket thru debit card via your payment gateway. But till date i have not received my refund amount in my bank account. Detail of ticket booking and cancelation as under.

I had to book a tatkal ticket through irctc app the amount was of 1020.98 rs. Was debited from my bank account but didn't got any ticket cause no ticket was available on 12th of october,
Plz refund my amount. Rs1020.98 on pos [protected] at indian railways cateri txn# 278013 (Bank statement sbi).

It is showing that amount not received from bank and the bank name is zaakpay pg.

So kindly refund the...

According to indian railways if train late more then 3 hr, the ticket amount will be refunded back to the account (When we cancel the ticket or file tdr).

But when i tried to file tdr only cancel option will appear on irctc site, and i cancel the ticket (Train late approx 4-5 hr).

No amount will be refunded.

I am abha rani. I have done ticket reservation on 21 sep 2018 with pnr number : [protected] with transaction id : [protected] from new delhi to patna. I did not get the refund of the ticket after cancel it. I would request you to please return my money. I am also attaching a screen short of my irctc ticket. Please also go through that.

I unable to see my booked ticket history after login with irctc.co.in. I booked a ticket to journey of 15/10/2018 and want to take a print out, but the list of booking tickets has not displaying inside the irctc login.
You are requested to kindly update the booking details at the earliest, enabling I got print out of irctc booked rail tickets also. ....
