My name is urvashi mishra. I try to book a ticket from irctc but was unsuccesful. Kindly help me to get the refund from irctc. Below are the details:

I booked 3 tickets routing from Dadar (DDR) to Samakhiali (SIOB) dated 10/11/2018. And also return tickets from Samakhiali (SIOB) to Dadar (DDR) on 11/11/2018.
But i cancelled 3 tickets dating 10/11/2018 & 1 ticket dating 11/11/2018. Here are tge details of the tickets:

Sir train no 12511 date 16/11/2018 caterer will sell veg lunch in 120 Indian rupees. All qty in food is less than other train service. We are not understanding how to increase the rate of veg lunch. other train vej lunch rate is not more than 90 rupees.my pnr is [protected].Sir please take necessary action against this train caterer service. We are always facing this type of problems....

Dear Sir,
I added Rs. 1100 in my UTS R-Wallet of IRCTC on November 16, 2018 through my SBI debit card. The money got deducted from my bank but not added in R-Wallet of SBI. I made the payment at 09:13 am on November 16, 2018. Kindly look in the matter and provide me refund as soon as possible. Also the customer care department o[censored]TS is not replying properly. I have attached all the proofs.

I am not recieved refund from irctc for cancellation of tickets from shri ganganagar (Sgnr) to bhopal (Bpl) dt. 30.10.2018 & date of cancellation 26.10.2018 trnz id: [protected] train no. 12486 pnr: [protected], booking amt. Rs. 540.68 after cancellation amount to be recieved:- rs. 420.00, but not recieved till date. Name: omprakash chhugani, age - 25 years, male....

I had filed the tdr as the train was late for more than 3 hours at our boarding station. We don't want to travel in delayed train and hence we took alternative path to reach the destination. So all below condition satisifies:
1. Train was late for more than 3 hours at our boarding station.
2. We did not travel by the revervation/train.
3. Tdr was filed within 2 hours.
There is no reason provided for the tdr rejection....

I booked 3 ticket from ludhiana to panipat in 12716/ASR NED EXPRESS on 14th november and payment was done by sbi debit card but in ticket status it shows payment pending from bank end i am confuse its cancelled or process going on

Hi,
Since 3days, i am unable to login to irctc website account on desktop. But i am able to login through mobile app. It says "bad credentials" i have tried changing the password. The new password is working on irctc mobile app but not working on the website. I have tried clearing off my cookies, cache & tried from another browser too.

On 15th november 2018 i booked a tatkal ticket from chhapra to sealdah station from my debit card. Amount is diducted but ticket is not done and i had got a massage on my phone :your account is debited with inr 440.00 on[protected]:06:47

My pnr -[protected] cancelled on 27 oct 18 and received sms that re fund process ed on 29 oct 18 and will be credited in 6-7 working daya.
But after 20 working days also re fund not credited to bank.
I went to bank but no refund txn id [protected] received at bank.
I complaint to irctc vide ticket no. 2104730 and 2150963 but no action taken by irctc
Please process my refund of rs5320....

Sir,
While I am trying to recharge my r wallet it takes two times to add money but got recharged only once and the money got debited from debit card two times.
So I humbly request you to initiate the process of refund money which got deducted from my bank.

Sir, i one of my nearby shop keeper used my pan, aadhar n made irctc id at that time we used to be friends, but now a days i don't want him to use irctc id in my name, so i want to decativate irctc id used by him as soon as possible, he is using my pan, aadhar, so i don't want him to be used anymore. He bought irctc id under the smartshop, and his shop name is homelite....

Sir i had done transaction through irctc connect app for booking train ticket on 07/08/18. Through net banking. My account is debited with sum of rs 676.80/- same time but e-ticket not generated.
My money is not refunded till date. I have tried to call irctc customer care but not they replied that your money is not credited in irctc.

I had booked tickets on irctc portal on 29.10.2018 for the journey from
Shegaon to pune jn by using my visa card gateway axis bank. The transactions were failed and refund generated on 29.10.2018. However refunded amount has not been credited still in my account with bank of india

I checked the bank statement but there is no credited entry for refund. Kindly look into the matter personally and credit the same in my bank account as early as possible.

More than 15 days lapse but till date the amount not credited in my bank account....

My one is [protected] and was traveling from chennai to pune.in the morning i took 2 idly and 2 vada costs rs.40. Both vada and oldies were very small in size and bad taste. Sambar was like child water without any taste.
At lunch i took meals costs rs.120 which is like a price of star hotel. The food is not even worth for rs.30. What is the approved rate for meals and tiffin in irctc. Please tell me.

So i booked a 2nd ac ticket in train no. 09308 boarding from patna jn to jhansi.
The ticket was booked half hour before the arrival of the train in currently available quota.. And in a hurry my father typed his name 'deepak kumar' instead of my own 'rishabh kumar'. So when the tt came for checking the ticket he started bullying me seeing that i'm a student and i was forced to pay 2195 rs to get the seat.
