This is to bring to your notice that i was charged rs.80/- for an egg biriyani and rs. 120 for chicken biriyani. As per my knowledge i understand that the rate for egg biriyani is rs.30 and chicken biriyani should only cost rs.40. I request you to take necessary action as this is absolute day light robbery!!...

rail ticket booking

Address:PLOT NO 168,, INDUSTRIAL AREA PHASE-2, Panchkula, Haryana, 134113

Today on 18th april-2019 after log-in to irctc account and after following steps of "from - to" date of journey etc and on clicking "check availability & fare" it appears "unable to perform this transaction, please try later" and thus unable to book the ticket. Checked again again but the same message appears.

Kindly help and sort out.

I traveled from ahmadabad to bangalore via adi ypr exp - 16501 on[protected]. I had to get my bike and dog moved through train parcel services. I religiously went to the ahmadabad main station for the last three days to make a booking for the bike and pet, the local authorities denied asking me to come 2 hours prior to the departure of train and make the booking. I even carried my confirmed ticket along with all the bike and pet documents...

Application regards Ticket Id:-3485050 till date not resolved by concerned zonal railway and customer care and not refunded the claim amount and given false statements against claim reason so I requested to concerned zonal officer to review and recheck my mail from [protected]@gmail.com and solve the issue as soon as possible otherwise I m going to post the reason to railway minister by the help of Twitter.

train cancelled but ticket not refunded

I have booked a ticket with pnr [protected] from bgs to pnbe but the train (12567 on 9th april) was cancelled (Shorted at barauni)... But irctc is telling that train was not terminated and not giving any proof.
I have the proof which clearly shows that train was terminated at barauni junction.
I have contacted irctc many times.. Now they are also not responding properly they even can't reply with proper reasons...

error on tatkal booking

I faced the below mentioned issue on two adjacent days. While trying for tatkal, I could login successfully at 1045 and could see Available-288# till 1055. But when reloading again after 1055, the same page throws error This error popup will be gone once the tatkal tickets are in the waiting list. IRCTC is again facing issues as it had before and booking tatkal is going be like worst old days. Authorities please look into this....

unable to book ticket

Trying to book tatkal ticket, yesterday and today, if i tap on check availability and fare, it giving error each time, unable to perform this transaction, pease try again later. What kind of service irctc is providing... And what is the reason for such shameful service. Bunch of ads are showing while booking ticket. What is the solution for the error. Let me know as i need to book tickets asap....

regarding cancellation of the ticket

I have been trying to cancel the ticket from irctc website but getting "unable to perform transaction, please try later.[protected]".

I have been trying to cancel this for more than 6 hours but getting the same error, it's more than 40 hours left for train departure.

Hello sir/mam,
I've booked two tickets via irctc app in tatkal quota. When during payment via google pay, the upi id was entered and the amount was debited from the bank successfully. But in the irctc app, the transaction gets canceled and showing status as "pending from bank end" even after debited from the bank.
This type of failing transactions is happening in a third consecutive manner.
Please initiate the refund...

It's been over 13 days since my money rs2101.80 got deducted and till now there is no response as when i will get money back.
I contacted the irctc by call first and the agents over there are so worst. I had no option so i contacted irctc by email with the proof that they have my money and it's been 5 days, the only response which i got is "we have forwarded your request to our concern team and will contact you shortly" but the "shortly"...

rude behaviour of ttr

missed train due to non cooperation of train staff

Dear sir/madam,

I have booked reservation in 12509 - guwahati exp train (Pnr - [protected]) with confirmed tickets (4 berths), boarding point is at kjm and travel date is on 10th april`2019.

When the train reached the boarding point, most of coaches doors were locked, mine is s8, we were standing exactly as per the display on the platform.

Tc was in s9 and suggesting all passengers to go back and...

Respected sir,
Iam pratheesh r nair, using irctc site since many years. I am facing a problem with activating mobile number. Iam in kuwait now, next week coming back to india after completing my four years service here. Since last 8-10 months i tried to activate my kuwait number but not getting otp for verification. No i wants to book some tickets, i didn't even log in my account, and i tried to log in by using otp code but my kuwait...

refund amount not received

I have booked ticket from jammu tawi to ndls. Ticket was in waiting status and it got automatically cancelled.
Refund status is showing that amount has been refunded but i haven't received money in my account.

Transaction date was 2nd april and it is already 1 week.
