I used phone pe for recharging r wallet o[censored]ts mobile app. Bank statement shows that money debited and recharge is done. Money debited from bank account but it is not credited in r wallet. Uts app registered mobile number [protected].

I tried to book flight ticket on 5th january 2019 from irctcair app of amount 1685₹ for i have paid from bhim upi payment mode. Payment was successful but ticket was not booked. I have contacted my bank they showed me the receipt of transaction made to irctcair account. But irctcair refused for refunding my amount

I had booked a ticket from KrishnarajaPuram to Pune scheduled on 30/03/2019. The PNR No. alloted to me was [protected] for train No 16332 but on that scheduled date the route of the train was diverted so I couldn't board the train. I had to cancel my trip. The TDR for the same was filed on the IRCTC site by default. Hence refund was expected in the bank but I did not receive any refund as on date. So please look into the matter and help me...

I booked tickets for train no. 12315 Annanya express, my PNR is [protected] .The train was late for more than 5 hrs so i tries to cancel the ticket but that menu was not available. I filed TDR but it shows that CR repudiate. This was not very good. I have to travel 2 hr to get to station and trains are not very frequent to my destination. I booked a tatkal ticket (Pnr number - [protected]) on 19/12/2018.

Since the train was late for more than 3 hours, i filed a tdr with irctc. There is a policy of 90 days of filing tdr during which amount gets refunded. But in my case its more than 120 days since i raised tdr.
I contacted irctc they said when the tdr will be processed they will credit the amount in my account.
I havent received my money back....

I applied for online ticket booking from my own irctc account on 22.04.2019 from asansol (Asn) to katpadi (Kpd) in 3-tier ac. I paid an amount of rs.3770/- through credit/debit card/upi (Powered by irctc).
The said ticket is not booked but an amount of rs.3770/- is debited from my bank a/c no.[protected] (Bank of maharashtra).
Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest please.

I booked a ticket from new-delhi to ludhiana and vice versa.
Cancellation date for both the tickets were 12- apr-2019

I had booked a retiring room (Single room with ac) at secunderabad station on 22/04/2019 for a stay from 24/04/2019 to 25/04/2019. An amount of rs 879/- was deducted from my account but i haven't received any confirmation message.in fact, the webpage threw an error message saying failed transaction. But the amount was deducted. I booked ticket from raiwala to varanasi on april 7 for the train number 14266 dehradun in varanasi on 22nd march but after knowing that the train has been canceled by april 15, i canceled the ticket on april 5, the refund amount has not yet come to my account

I have tried to book the irctc online tatkal tickets from hospet to bangalore withe irctc transaction no: [protected].
Amount 770.98 is deducted from bank with upi/[protected]/irctc train tic/razorpa, but i ticket is not issued and irctc transaction status is showing as "pending from bank end".
Irctc is not updating the concern immediately as it's tatkal ticket and based on this we can't plan for alternate transportation....

I had booked two tickets with wl 21 and wl 22. One was confirmed but the other one turned out to be rac. This is the consecutive second day and still i have not got the seat. This is a worst situation to face. Even after paying for the two tickets nd having a rac seat before the journey starts, i haven't got a seat. This problem needs to be solved as early as it could be. People don't pay the required amount of an a-class compartment to struggle...

I booked a railway tatkal ticket from irctc on 10 april 2019 from chandrapur to kanpur in train no. 15024 for 12 april 2019, but got waiting ticket so i cancelled my ticket.
