I did a booking with pnr [protected], a sleeper class ticket from pernem (Pern) to panvel (Pnvl) via train number 22114 for 21 march 2019. I could check the berth and coach details the moment the chart was prepared from the source station on 20 march 2019.
I woke up on the date of journey to find an sms stating the train in around 1:30 hours late. Over the next few hours, the sms' kept updating me and the delay increased to around 2...

Its pathetic situation for employees of waterpoint they dont get salary in correct time they are not paid for 5 to 6 month at stretch. Kindly tell how they will run the family how they will give rent etc why irctc is not addressing this problem please find solution for this problem
Employees beleave and join this company if they dont giv salary in time its irctc responsibilty to find solution for these employees...

On 20 march 2019, submitted a complain to indian railway with id : 2274773 in connection with converting my 2 tier ac ticket to 3 tier ac by indian railway without prior consent of me, creating huge harassment to my family.

In response got an email at around 4 pm on 20 march 2019, from < refund. [protected]@rediffmail.com asking to contact me at contact no <[protected] > for resolution.

When contacted yesterday...

I had filed tdr for 2 tickets and the pnr numbers are [protected] and [protected] journey date on 06/03/2019. I cancelled the tickets as the train was late by more than 6 hrs.. So i called irctc customer care number and confirmed the procedure how to file tdr to get the refund but haven't received the payment yet. Today i spoke to irctc customer care and it's shows that we have boarded the train which is not true. I had filled tdr for bramputra...

I have an account in irctc.co.in (User name is santp_79) i already got the mobile verification password by an sms. But, i can't get email verification password.
Everytime i am clicking resend button but not receive otp to my account it's my humble request to you please send the email verification password in to my mail ([protected]@gmail.com) urgently or suggest another way to reset my account....

I booked two tickets and cancelled them later. Under ticket refund history tab, it is shown that refund status is refunded but in reality i have not received any refund amount in my bank account.

Dear sir. I booked a ticket in tqwl tatkal waiting n till the date of the journey my ticket didnt get confirmed n it was cancelled by indian railways. I paid 910/- and now i get an email from irctc that ill be refunded only 790. This is their email below. I want a full refund of rs 910-/- how can they deduct charges when it's not my fault. Today on 23/03/19 i tried to book a ticket from cuttack to howrah under tatkal quota. After pressing the "pay" button and entering otp my account has been debited but ticket not booked. Message shows payment made to one 97 communication. Question is whether payment has not been passed on to irctc or irctc after receiving payment does not want to part with the ticket.
Now after lodging this complain i shall get refund after 4-5 days....

While booking the 3 tier ac ticket from cuttack to howrah on 23/03/2019 for my journey on 24/03/2019 my account has been debited for rs.1130.49p. Payment made to one 97 communication but ticket not booked. What a farce? Repeatedly these sort of cases happen where account is debited but ticket not booked. Who is being benefited with my money?
Now refund my money rs.1130.49p immediately....

While booking one sleeper ticket from cuttack to howrah under tatkal quota for traveling from cuttack to howrah on 24/03/2019 my account has been debited for rs.415.49p and ticket not booked. Refund my rs.415.49 immediately. Surprisingly irctc site says no response from bank. Are you joking? Bank debits the account payment goes to one 97 communication, but ticket not booked. Now process of submitting complain. It has been a regular feature...

I have got a personal id for reservation.
Every time i book a ticket, i have to do it multiple times even if the id and pass word are correct. Today it is locked. It is not user friendly at all. Please help me to restore. Earlier i had an id "akpuja", which i lost similarly and did the second, which is locked today 22/3/2019

I have booked 4 tickets in waiting list stage and later i got confirmation for only one ticket and remaining 3 ticket are in waiting list and only one person traveld and rest of them don't travel in that train and after that i filed tdr and till now i don't get the refund still it's showing that cr registered

My current rac status is rac4 but seat is not allowed to me. How the seats are allocation is going on and rac4 seat p155 is allocated in s4. What about s1, s2, s3... Etc. I will get first but ttc is allocated to some others my pnr [protected] please check and take action on ttc. He is allocated to some other person's who are favor to him during the journey...

I have booked a ticket in narmada express 18234 for date of journey 17-feb-2019. I received a message from irctc that the the train has been cancelled. I filed tdr on the ticket. My case has been marked as "cr registered" but i have not received the refund amount yet. The cost of ticket is rs 3500.
What i have to do to get the refund on my ticket.

1. Am not able to open the book tickets, after visiting the failed transactions history page. To continue my ticket search i need to relogin the site again
2. Not getting the quote details options while searching for the tickets availability
3. Recent days its getting tuff for making the successful ticket booking transactions with in the last 5 days from 12 march to 17 march i faced 5 failed transactions...

I have attended a tour package with irctc bharat darshan train and here i am shearing my experience.
Tour code - wzbd-250, tour date - 10.03.19 to 19.03.19.

1. The quality of food is worst and also they served it in bad places (Parking of bus, near toilet) and when we complaint about it then they said that they can not get you (500 people) a good place to eat because you are too many people.

I updated international number in irctc website. Then next login block all options and showed messages to pay 100 rupees for international mobile number validation. I paid amount but still showed same page. They allow me to validate mobile number after sent mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in. I am not getting otp for mobile validation and at the same time not able change back to india number. It’s worst customer experience....
