I tried to book a train ticket on 1st Feb 2019 at 11 03 am, but ticket not booked but my amount was rs 120 was deducted from my bank account and it was paid to one 97 communication. I have received a msg from my bank, please let me know when my money will refunded

I have a account on irctc and i want to delete it. Because of wrong email registered when i was creating my account my account is on gmail.com and i mentioned gamil.com which is incorrect i'll create a new one so kindly respectly delete my irctc account. There is not any available options to re-correct it

Sir my name is vinod singh dhek. I used to travel in rajdhani in frequent basis from dibrugarh to new delhi and back. At first we are paying money for the food in rajdhani express so why the food serving people asking for the tip and who are giving it's ok who are not giving they are looking like they will slap or give 2-3 wrong wordings for that. Amount is deducted but ticket not booked.
Paid through mobikwik pay using debit card..
Kindly initiate refund and reverse bank money to th account.
Its already been a week since the ticket fail worst service given from irctc amd zaapay both.. Will never select this payment gateway in future...

Wrt [protected], i have booked 4 tickets. Out of 4 tickets 2 got confirmed and 2 were still waiting state only but i didn't received any refund confirmation for those 2 waiting tickets.
When i approached to irctc call center they stated that "i need to cancel the waiting list tickets within 30 mins of chat preparation but am not aware of that process and i didn't cancelled them.

I, mr. Parimal santra and my colleague dr. Asit baran bera, working in iit kharagpur west bengal. We together with family went for a tour in ladakh in august, 2018 on ltc. We rented a vehicle from irctc for following travel plan.

1: 17-aug-2018: pickup from hotel in leh. Travel to turtuk. Night stay at nubra valley.

This train cancelled by indian railway. They give me information about the train through by messages. But they did not give refund amount. So please giving the refund amount as soon as possible. So sir kindly help me for refund amount....

Missed my train because the connecting train got dealyed by 1.30 hour.

I had to book another train - rajdhani costing me 1465rs.

I am p v vinod kumar with login id of pvvk in irctc. Whenever i am trying to login into irctc, it is asking for email verification. But when i enter otp it says my email id is verified successfully and i need to login again. However when ever i try to login again it asks for verification again. Pnr no. [protected] & [protected]. Food quality was inhygenic. I was with my family. Food was too worse. Who will take saunpapri in dinner. I am diabetic. I specially requested the person to provide us some rice. But when dinner comes i called tt and manager they are fully drunked. They did not provide me the complain register. Station master also didnot aware of the complain register. No body help me at all. My father was also a railway employee....

This is digvijay jaiswar, my user id is mrbeardie. On 6th january 2019, i tried to book a tatkal ticket from gorakhpur jn. To ltt for train no. 12541 (Gkp ltt sup exp). I completed all the booking steps and done the payment using bhim upi ([protected]@upi). The payment was successful in the bhim app and amount got debited from my account but the ticket status is "pending from bank end".

I have booked ticket on 19 feb in tatkal quota in train no. Pune indore express, nagda to pune. The total amount 560 rs was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked via irctc app and message was shown transaction rejected by bank. Further state bank of india says contact to irctc. Today i booked a ticket on irctc using net banking of central bank of india.
I did not get any message from irctc but money was debited from my bank account.
Irctc shows pending from bank end but my bank says 1286 rs were debited and paid to irctc.
Please i need the ticket as it is emergency or please refund the money
