I tried to book 7 tickets from irctc, but was unsuccessfull. Money got debited from my federal bank account, but not yet refunded. Kindly help me to get the refund from irctc. Below are the details

I have booked my ticket in runicha express (14660) today that is 21st may 2019.
It is showing transaction pending from bank end. Money is deducted from my bank account.

Please look into it urgently. I cannot further book my ticket because of it...

I was booking a ticket through credit card and after some time message came amount spent... And ticket not came. It told refund will be directed to ur account in some days. After some days when i enquired, it told refund directed to ur account but it didn't came. I contacted to my bank also but bo support.

Please help me, i lost my ₹1500 in that booking

Due to cleanliness and water not available in bathroom and basin

Issue started from kota while i waiting for cleaning for not yet
And suffering from dirtness and previously train also samething but not taken any issue about this. I say to irctc please take action about sweeper and main issuer whose solved correctly and definetly solved this lastly...

I filed tdr on 24 april 2019 with pnr no. [protected] nauchandi exp. From bareilly to prayag due to train not touching the boarding station i did not board the train. Unfortunately the tdr status is showing cr registered. I also filed another tdr with pnr no.[protected] from nauchandi exp from prayag to bareilly on 25 april 2019 which was approved. Sir, today i was trying to book tatkal in pawan express by irctc app but during transaction it was failed due to slow data connection.
I requesting you to plz solve this issue as soon as possible.

Slowness observed in tatkal booking:
1. Loading the captcha
2. Logging in
3. Displaying the saved passengers list
4. Nationality drop down is not displayed
If these are not addressed at all, then no use of tatkal booking
The website is just pathetic.

Suggested solution:
I would suggest to have the website statewise so that load of the customer requests are evenly distributed.br...

Dear sir, at abu road rly station, water vending machine vendor is cheating customers by supplying ro water at the rate of rs 25/5 ltrs and rs 10/2 ltrs etc whereas the rate displayed there is contradictory to the actual supplied rate. On enquiry the concerned vendor argueeing shamelessly and damcarely. The curruption i physically faced today but he may be continuing from long. Please look into it for eradication of such currrupt practices....

I booked a ticket from tumakuru to davangere, for yesvantapur-chandigarh samparkakranti express, and when i opened the irctc app it showed me the availablity of tickets as 63 for chair car so i booked, but later when i tried to check coach position i found that there is no chair car at all, but i got a confirmed ticket from irctc, with pnr, i had a hope that as irctc has shown chair car in their website so it might be there while boarding,...

I am trying to book tickets via tatkal. When i reach the passenger details page, most of the time i am getting either captcha error or security question failed error, even though i gave right information. I have booked a tatkal ticket on 21st april and cancelled the ticket at the waiting list stage after chart preparation but the refund initiated amount was zero.

So, i mailed irctc stating my issue and they have raised a ticket at that time.

Now its almost a month and i am not given with any proper response. I have called the customer care more than thrice and still the same.

Hi sir,
I was try to book ticket for mgr chennai ctl to santragachi jn on 10 may 2019 and jounery date was16 jun 2019. But payment status: amount not received from bank and amount is debittted from my sbi account. As of now mailed them 4-5 times and they didnt reply on it. My transaction id: [protected]. Can you help me get money back from them....

Kindly cancel the tdr filed by mistakenly, pnr: [protected], reference no.: [protected], date :[protected].
While checking irctc mobile app, app got hanged and due to problem with the touch screen and internet probably tdr was filed wrongly. Kindly cancel the tdr request.
I have mailed for cancelling the request to [protected]@irctc.co.in but there is no such positive response from the customer care....

I did a booking for 14 jun 2019 on 15 april 2019 in prashanti express but my ticket was not booked and money got deducted i. E. Rs 2650.in failed transaction it shows amount credited to bank in refund status but i have not got my refund.

I have try to book the train on 4.00 pm 10th May 2019 but just now (4.58 pm) I have receive the OTP. I ever seen this worst service in any other partner . Always Indian GOVT related app or service very worst. If your not good in this then please handover the railways software division to any private parties.

Even small Ticketnew company providing a great service and system in booking . why you can't?...

I booked my parcel through INDIAN RAILWAY Parcel on 19-04-19 from SALEM jn to Mathura jn but this parcel gone to New Delhi station also I received call via [protected] for intimation. I went New Delhi railway way station 4 days later, asked my parcel & show Bill ( P 375388) parcel office in all platform office, all said parcel not there & there is no response from railway parcel office.

Please arrange to resolve this problem...
