My pnr number is [protected] and the train has cancelled so refund the whole amount in my sourcing bank account as soon as it can. Dont keep it in PAYTMAG for weeks. Transfer the refund amount within a week from the cancellation date. Transaction date is 19th Jan 2018 and My amount has still not transferred to my sourcing SBI bank account. Transfer it immediately as per rule its 6 days from the transaction date. Its the 2nd time I am complaining...

I have typed my email address as [protected]@gmail.com instead of vics. [protected]@gmail.com and as result unable to receive the otp no being sent by you for registration... My user name is rexy_1191... Please do the needful in this matter...
I am very eager to use your services and will try to remain in touch with you...

My money has been debited even then i didn't recieve the ticket...i have tried to contact many times but no response came from the company customer caare...the service is very very poor.they don't pick up the calls...And though after so many tries i can't get anything...not evn a penny..please respond to my greivance and get me my refund as quickly as possible...

After successfully settling the payment the booking of seat has been dropped and till now the refund has not been taken place.

I have booked a ticket from jolarpettai to tenali for 22nd december.
The train got delayed by more than 3hours and we did not traveled. I have filed tdr on the same day,
The status of that is showing as cr repudiate and reason is as per chart, passenger has travelled.
But we haven't travelled how come you give the false. The details are below,

This is with reference to cancellation of train.
I was not inform about the cancellation and also i booked tickets till the boarding station.
I would like to lodge a complaint of the same, for the cancellation of train without notice as i have to bear all the cancellation charges i made to get to that train.

No calls or e-mail were sent about the cancellation of train.
Is this the way, irctc tourism treats...

I had booked a ticket with indian railway on 1st jan 2018 from ndls (New delhi) to cnb (Kanpur central). I had filed a tdr on the same day as the train got late by more than 3 hours. I recently looked at the status of my tdr and it shows cr repudiate (Which means refund denied) and the reason they listed is invalid time stamp:delay.

As per the rule the total amount should be refunded if the train...

my PNR # [protected], I booked 2AC for two adults and an infant, I was travelling from Jabalpur to Secundrabad, on 27th December 2017. during the journey I kept my luggage under the seat and in the night but when i opened my nag in the morning I found that the bag was ripped off and the food was eaten by rats inside the train. I had made a booking for 3 travellers on 25 november 2017. I requested a partial refund due to a change in personal circumstances and the message received is that the refund was credited to PAYTMAG but I have used netbanking to proceed with the transaction.
I have already emailed [protected]@irctc as well as tweeted the same to Indian railways but got no response. Moreover the credit is still not in my account.

I am currently facing the problem of not getting my refund on cancellation on my tickets. From the irctc website i had booked tickets of rs. 8500 on 6th january 2018 than due to some reason i cancelled it after 5 min on the same day i. E. 6th january 2018.
But still after 10 days i have not got my refund amount... Its showing cancelled tickets but still payment is not received.

I was trying to book tickets on irctc through sbi credit card on 9th of January 18 but tickets didn't booked. Amont deducted from the sbi credit card. Irctc website is showing amount 2750 rupees refunded to the bank name Payumpp on 9th of January 18. But the amount 2750 rupees not received till now.

Recently 4 tickets have been cancelled from my account on IRCTC website.
Out of which all have the refund status stated as REFUNDED. But seen in my bank account only 2 tickets out of 4 are refunded with amount credited back to my bank account.

other 2 tickets noticed the amount is not credited yet to my bank account.
This is the issue. Cancellation has been done about 10 days back so far and amount not received....
