Recovery Team's Illegal Harassment

I have been issued a settlement letter from Kotak Mahindra and has been given time till January 2021 to pay off the due.
Still some goons from Kotak Mahindra Noida 125 branch are calling my ex colleagues and using slangs and discussing about my credit information. Also telling them that I have given their number as a reference. Which I never ever done.

Hello sir/madam,

I am holding kotak mahindra account. It is a salary account. It was told at that time that there is no charge applied by bank for atm withdrawal for any number of online transactions at any bank atm domestic

There are total 6 times 23.60 has been deducted in last 3days.

Respected Supreme Court me Respected RBI ne bina koi conditions ke har bank ko restructuring dene ko bola he fir bhi Kotak mahindra bank ko dene me taklif ho rahi ge. Asal me bank ko kisi bhi haal ma koi bhi customer ko restructuring dena nahi he. Sirf aur sirf customer ko pareshan karna he.

Employees messaging me in WhatsApp without my concern

Hi team,
I did the payment and got the confirmation message already but still people from kotak mahindra bank are calling me and harrasing me. I also want to tell you most importantly that they are messaging and disturbing me in WhatsApp. I did not gave my concern or I haven’t signed anywhere to message me in WhatsApp and this is happening almost every month sir.

Two wheeler loan

I have took two wheeler loan from L&T finance and i was unable to pay my emi hence i have surrender my two wheeler to L&T i got a letter also now kotak mahindra bank overtaken L&T and they harassing me to pay the emi again getting calls daily my parents are also frustrated as they are also getting recovery calls on a daily basis after submitting everything....

Deduction of money for withdrawal

Inappropriate Charges Deducted from Account

Dear kotak mahindra bank,

I have been using this account from last 3 years and my kotak account is 0 balance basic saving deposit account but now i have noticed that my account is keep deducting from rs.23.60 on the daliy basis for the atm cw fees-dom.
