I have registered a complaint with LG RNP[protected] in the month of Janulary'22.
During the registration of the Call, I was told they will check for the part availability and update.
Afterward, there was no update.
I followed up with LG chat support by getting third-party vendor support.
I got the update that the Part is available and it will be fixed within three days.
However, to date, there is no update...

I am a owner of split inverter AC. I bought the AC in 2017 and since then I am facing problem continuously. After every few months, the AC stops cooling. When I call service center, someone comes tries to find the leak, recharges the gas and gives a bill of few thousand rupees. The AC works for few months and then again same problem of no cooling. one the condenser coil (outdoor unit) was also changed but the problem persist....

I had booked to repair my LG fridge on 27th Jan22 for no cooling issue and it has still not been completed.They checked for leaks in the coil(4th Feb22). They were not able to find any leak in the coil but they still told that there may be a problem with the coil and until today 9th feb22 they are only saying that they do not have the parts to replace. I have the LG refrigerator which bought 4 years ago. There was cooling issue & kind of irritating sound was coming from the refrigerator so i called the LG service center and they sent one technician who took Rs. 3000 for repairing work. I started this claim on Christmas December 25 it is now February 1 and I still do not have my refrigerator repaired or replaced. This is absolutely not acceptable. I purchased dell inspiron on 21st jan 2022. It had sound issue and i returned it on 22nd 2022. They checked it and found the sound issue. They told tht it will be replaced but till now i have not got replacement or refund.

Sir,
I bought LG charcoal microwave on 14.1.22 from Bansal Electrovision Pvt Ltd, Sector-29, Gurgaon which is LG SHOPPE. After delivery, iit is found faulty as the start/ stop key is not working regularly and thee oven is making huge noise.
The LG installation technician has also noted the same and called the shop keeper to replace the item immediately. BUT the LG shoppe has refused to replace and said LG care will repair....
