I am suffering using LG products. The split AC i bought on 14th Feb 2010 for 26000 INR, till March 2014 i had already spent 12000 INR on services and spare parts (Majorly condenser coil- which was replaced last year 2013). Shame on LG customer service! It is ridiculous that a brand like LG has such ill mannered people in customer service. we bought led tv on 29 th august 2014, when it is switched on lines appear and now full screen is upside down totally blurred, and air condition we bought in may was faulty and after replacement it still show some problems. we are very unhappy with l.g products....

Purchased LG Fridge M 542 GPHM model vide invoice no BMR0757/14-15 dated 13 09 14 from Sri Roonwal Mktg [P] ltd No y-214 2nd Avenue Anna Nagar Chennai: 600040 [TN]. But the product code deliver to us is M 522 SHM. Dealer says it is company''s fault. I have a referidgerator Model: GC-P217BSJV, S.NO. -103TRAR00064 The booster pump water inlet pipe was leaking and burst due to excess pressure on the pump, probably due to faulty pump valve.
