In 2012 when LICHFL sanctioned me the loan, the rate of interest (floating type) was 10.40% (from the begining the agent promised me to give this rate) but immediately after that, when I asked for documentation then it appears to be 11.75% and it is continuing till date, no changes from 2012 onwards.
