I raised request for my subscription termination mid of July and based on that request my purifier was collected on 27th July 2021. I terminated it as I was moving out of my apartment that week. I was told that the refund process takes about 5-7 days so I waited for around 5 days before I started following up . In the first week of August, they kept on telling that the return was still showing pending, to help with the issue I even shared...

Harassment after dismantle request last year for water purifier

I have raised request to dismantle the water purifier on february 20th 2020, as I was leaving Bangalore for my higher studies.
After calling the customer care multiple times there was no response and on 25th Feb I received a mail saying that "dismantle request has been raised and service engineer will visit the place and dismantle the product". Still no Engineer visited my place and even after multiple mails no one came to dismantle...

The problem of not getting water from RO

Address:VILL Rudaupur post Rudaupur district Ambedkar Nagar Uttar Pradesh pin 224152

There is no water in the RO and if you turn it on for 15 minutes, then some sound starts to type in it.
His filter was changed 3 days ago then water was coming but after 2 days water stop coming

Therefore, you are requested to register the complaint as soon as possible and the service request should be accepted....

Online purchase of above said ac was done by me on20.07.2021 vide invoice no 21-22/[protected] dated 20.07.2021.
Installation of same was promised free but latter told (through Shri Rishab your sales officer mob no [protected]) to pay rs 699.

Customer care not responding for replacement of equipment

For last 3 weeks I’m following up with customer care regarding wrong equipment delivered and installed. No response or calls or emails. If I call they are always giving same answer of 24-48 hours it will be resolved but no action.

No engineer visited till now and my previous complaint JS [protected] cancelled without any notice and no one has come to fix the issue. I paid for ACMC in DEC 2020 and it was not activated till yesterday. I haven't seen such a worst service support. Engineer Pamila Rajender (pH no. [protected]) is least bothered to attend my complaint no matter how many times I followed up with him. I have been looking for further escalation process over...

Not getting response from mail and customer care number

I am trying to get service from last one week. I have be calling their customer care number and email ID and all that but still there is no response from Team. RO was purchased in May 2021 and it is showing error and not dispensing water anymore. please support as we have to purchase bottles from outside and drink when we have this big useless box hanging in our kitchen.

Mental harassment post dismantle request for more than a year

I had rented a Livpure smart RO water purifier and was using it for almost a year until we had to move out from Bangalore on 10th August 2020. We have tried contacting Livpure customer support stating the situation of moving out well in advance on 28th July 2020(2 weeks time for dismantling). Harassment after request to dismantle the machine since last year

On May 24, 2020 to the official mail id of livpure to dismantle the machine as I was leaving Bangalore in June. Additionally, I called them up, but there was no response to the request either on call or on mail. Again I send them a mail on May 29th, 2020 to tell them to pick up the device. But there was no response. Again on June 24th, 2020, which was a week after I left bangalore, I sent them a mail to pick up the machine if they want it....

To change RO

Hi,
I raised request to change RO last month July 26th.Got the message with ticket id as JS-[protected].

But the ticket(JS-[protected]) is assigned to several service guys, each one calls and asks for location. After sharing it in whatsup, he won't come. Till now issue is not resolved

It is very bad service and irresponsible service represents from the livpure.

RO Change

Hi,

I had purchased 2 air coolers of Livpure on 09.04.2021. Model is Chill 35. No Service visit

I have opted for yearly AMC - Rs 5000 on 24th Feb 2021. I have raised my service request on 6th July 2021. First I got a mail like "Your service was expired". Then, I sent the receipt of 1 year AMC. I got a apology mail and got a feedback that their service engineer will visit the location. Now, It's more than two weeks and still no one visited. I even raised an escalation request and still no visit yet.

Non fulfilment of AMC contract

With due respect, i want to convey that i have taken AMC on 18.10.2020 for one year for my livpure Glitz silver. At the time of AMC the Livpure agent has told that after 110 days (AMC document attached) my RO Membrane will be changed but the agent who attended the 2nd service told that policy of the company has been changed and it will be replaced only after breakdown.
