they do not bother about there customers. when i called 1500, the agent did not know how to talk to customers.. i am fed up with there poor services. whenever there is bad whether my wifi stops working and when i make a complaint it takes long time to respond by there side .. now i want to discontinue the connection....

Yeah MTNL I is best in plans and reputed too... But due to their weakest INDOOR coverage... You cant even talk properly inside... And actually I use their SIM because of their 3G service... Due to their weak coverage.I get 2G signal inside (indoor) almost everywhere in the Delhi... And in that 2G (EDGE) service You Cant even surf a single page... So please Do Something ASAP... . I have a broadband connection plan DSL Unlimted 700. I am experiencing slow internet speed for the last one month and frequent disconnection.Every time i complain they set it right but the problem is not solved permanently.This may be due to the frequency of the server....
