1- I bougt canvaas 5 on march 2016 n aftr two days it shows new update avaialable den i went service centre for updation they took my phne mre den 1 hour n aftr dat they give me when i connect my phne to internet again it shows update available den i again told mr. I have brought E481 canvas 5.After one week when i intered new sim it demanded privacy protection code.I submitted it to the customer care centre and they asked rs150 for resolving this issue. During the resolving process motherboard became dead then they called me demanded rs6200 for further processing.
The phone was 9 days old and under replacement warranty. This is totally customer care centre's fault and i am not responsible for...
