My name is sridhar we have purchased micromax bolt mobile phone and after purchase we came to know the touch display screen is not working properly, so we have given to service center at ameerpet, hyderabad on 7th march 2016, but till now we have not received the handset after so many follow-ups also.Still they are saying it may come in 7-10 days.

I had purchased one micromax smart t.V (Model 42c0050uhd) in nov, 2015 . This model comes with one year plus two year extended warranty.
