I have submitted my mobile on 14th nov with job sheet no:N[protected]. Again new job sheet created on 2nd dec N[protected]. Almost 2 month over but i m not getting my mobile, whenever i m calling getting same revert wait for 15 days its in process. micromax is not returning my mobile and they are not repairing...

I have purchased Micromax Knight A350 on October 2014, then after I got Touch problem in the month of June 2015 which I submitted my mobile in Service Center took 1 and half months to get resolved, they promised me that they will extend Warranty Period to 3 months. I am using a Handset Micromax Nitro 2 (E311). There is an inbuild APP in this handset which is "APP CENTER" We cannot uninstall this app, on the other side it gives push notification of installing an App without users permission.
