I had purchased a Micromax Q392(Juice 3) handset on 15th December 2015. After using it for approximately a month, the phone stopped booting up. On my initial visits to the service center, the phone was never accepted for repair/inspection. I got excuses like the service center only processes 3 handsets a day. Sometime I was made to wait for at least an hour with no result in the end.

I regisred a complaint regarding my micromax laptab where network not getting connected i waited paitiently for 24hrs nobody has called me again i call themm they ask me to wait another 24hrs what is going on .the laptabis under warranty...

When i was traveling in a bus in mysore city 3 muslims boys snatched my {micromax a110 IMEIno [protected]} android set so i took a simis from devaraj urs police station which [no 76a dated:2/1/16]. so i kindly request u to block my airtel postpaid {no[protected]} and bsnl prepaid no{[protected]}.and my email id is {meetmeagain.[protected]@gmail.com} and facebook id is{meetmeagain advaith}.If possible find out the culprits and punish them...

Micromax is the worst company i have ever seen.. A290 model which i am having is made up of many defects.. Its charging pin is defective .. And i even got changed by your service centre bt then also problem persists.. Please dont make phones if you dont have that much resources to make.. Its my humble request..i will never buy your company products....

Dear concern, My hand set micromax A310(Nitro) was not working properly and go to their service center at Kingsway Camp, Delhi under warranty period, they check and submitted mobile at their service centre and give me a receipt (job card) to change the same. But three and half months has been passed but they did not give me my phone....

I lodged a complaint on 12 nov 2015 exactly 2 months are passed now. but he is not response from our company sides. i called our customer care tollfree no 3 times and mailed two times.. never except this type of service support from micromax ......
