I bought Moto g5 plus from Flipkart on launching date and it delivered on 23rd March now the phone gets automatically on vibration mode without any changes in setting and doesn't ring untill it is restarted and then after 4-5 hours it's gets on the same condition. I have purchased Moto X play from flipkart in may 2016 and recently its display got damaged so I have given that mobile for repair in nearest service center located at Nal stop pune (lenovo service center which is also moto now -- B M Gadget Services).

I have given that mobile for repair on 22nd of feb 2017 and till now they are not even responding about its status...I am calling them daily but they are saying part are there...
