Unable to access internet and misbehaviour by local vendor

To activate account

I have recharged netplus broadband with 589 rs. on on 9 feb 2022 at about 6 am today is 11 feb but still my account is inactive i've called customer care too they told i will get activate within 2 hours .there service is very pathetic.we are unable to do our work because of it try to resolve the problem asap otherwise we gona take another strict action its been 3 days ....

Broadband Service

Worst customer care service ever. My WiFi router is not working since 5 days and they have not resolved this issue till yet. We are following up with them daily but they just write down the information and do nothing. My pack not being activated from last 38 hours

This is to tell you regarding the issue I am facing from last 20 hours. I am not able to connect I have already connected on call 3 to 4 times but I have not received any solution. I lost 2 office days, was not able to work.
Please let me know how many more hours will it take.
I have already sent transaction ID also but no work has been done to my request.

Internet is not working

Internet is not working since 6PM 1st February, 2022. Local contact person mentioned it is blocked by the government. This seems to be false as government has made no comments of blocking Internet in Kurukshetra, Haryana.

Please help out by clarifying the current situation....

Not installing wifi connection

For the past few days I am trying to call and install Netplus fiber and each time those guys give the same excuse that the box from where the internet wire will come is full and they cannot install the fiber at my home.
All my neighborhoods are using the same company internet and I want the same as I am working from home. I am ready to pay for the bill whatever it will come on a monthly basis. But the Netplus company is saying no...

Account inactive even after payment from last 4 days.

I guess it's fun for you to making my account active then inactive at night.
It has been 4 days. And you are unable to update my Bill.
I have given you every thing you needed, Transaction reference number, screen shot of payment of your website everything. Still you are not able to update it.

I am very much frustrated now. I need a solution ASAP....

Rude Behaviour of staff

If you want proper wifi network services, please don’t go for NetPlus. It is not only about the service they provide, but also about the rude behavior of the staff. When you will contact them for the connection, they will show you that they are the best. You will see this within some days of the connection. Today on 22nd January 2022, I contacted Mr. Ashu from Mubarakpur (local broadband service provider) and requested him the contact number...

Non Activation of Account after Bill payment

I had made a payment of ₹471 on 7th January 2022 for my Netplus Account Id [protected]. The payment was successful and the Transaction Id is 8e2b7106f6fd. My Netplus account had not been activated even after the payment of bill.
