we brought onida split 3 star AC from onida company othorised dealer in ahmedabad on dated 15.02.12 since that
time we can not use the product properly because i the time of 1.5 month the gas lickege is occured to times, so we feel that there is a manufacturing defect in that pcs.so, please change that defective pcs. and please give new pcs instead of this defective pcs.

yes onida representative get in touch with me i got calls from 3 persons & from [protected] they inquired wether my AC is guarantee whether in my home or in workshop. But they call me at 8 PM & want to come in Odd hours.They are harrassing me instead of resolving it .and it is even causing more trouble. I had purchased an Onida Window AC last year in mid summer,however it has not worked properly.This summer i did call my retailer(NEXT RETAIL SHOP) SECTOR 14 GURGAON and tried explaining the problem,so that they can arrange someone to check my AC.They did accept my request ,however its been few days now and no one has turned up at my place.

I am Maninder singh ,I have a onida window AC of 1.5 ton I am not satisfy with your product it is not working well from last 1.5 months when it starts after sometime there a thick layer of ice on the front coil ,your mechanics had filled the gas 2 times in time period of 10 days but there is no cooling in the AC, as it does not trip....

I purchased New Onida AC a month ago. It is not working properly as compressor does not turn off and contineous to run for hours. The room temperature stucks at 27 even if sets to 20 due to which compressor keeps running. Calling Onida center from where AC was purchased from last one week but the techinician never visited the site. The reason given was that there is lot of requests for New ACs installation so there is not time for the visit.br...

I still curse the day on which i Bought ONIDA window 1 Ton AC on 29 April 2012 from Shri Krishna Electronics Tin No-[protected],Invoice No 1942.
On 30 th April i registered a complaint with Dealer regarding noise in Compressor.Mr Arun Assured that within 72 Hours your complaint will be resolved.No body came even after 5 days passed i regularly visit dealer but he ignored my complaints and finally told that i have to call company service....

My self sh. ashok puri from pathankot i have brought new ac from april 2012 of mahajan ac railway road opp. tourist hotel i have request to them for 1st service on 28 april,19 may and 3 may but they do not give any response . I have already complaint . i requested to that

ac compressor not working in my warranty period. i bought Onida ac (Onida speed cool, 3 star ac) in Danam Sales, pondicherry.

I had filed three consecutive complaints regarding my 1.5 ton Onida Window A.C. at the dealer from which i bought it last year. He had called up the customer care of Onida India. They had made false promises that our executive will visit you on Monday or on that day Blah blah. The first complaint was filed by me on 11th March 2012. I can also provide you the complaint number which the dealer had with him.
