My first experience with oyo rooms was worst. They have a property in bhowali (Nainital) with name "arsh international" we cheked in on 9th june 2016 and checked out on 10th june 2016. They charged approx 4200 for two rooms (After discount) and below is the discription of room, anyone can imagine the actual terrif,

No towels
No soap
Dirty rooms (Even dustbin not cleaned)
Broken tap,...

I am a regular visitor of oyo rooms at various places un india.
I had parked my car at Agra - Hotel Laxman Resort Yesterday night.
In the morning i come to know that my car's glass has been broken and trashed badly.
All this happened in the presence of Guard.

Also the cameras of the hotel are not working. People say it is done by a truck pass by with stones

I am living at oyo rooms from 13th of june near lajpat nagar. The facilities they promised to provide is not been there. Since the first day the ac of my room is not working after making various complaints it is still not fixed.In this not summer after working for 10 hours a day when i come back ti the room its so humid and not. I have taken this room for 30 days and i am paying 600 rs per day for an ac room. The shower in my room is also...

I have checked in Hotel The Sirona, Bund Garden Pune.

The condition of premium quality category rooms are poor then a Dharamshala, very unhygenic. The rooms are sticking. The bed covers were also sticking and very unhygenic.

I have not been provide with water. The unfiltered, unhygenic water is being served in the rooms.
The breakfast was a nighmare, the black cat war roaming in the open kitche on the...

I booked AC room at Greater NoIda on 3rd Jun as I had exam on next day.But AC was not working as no power was there and I had to sit under fan in 40c temp..I complained about it, hotel staff was like " light nhi hai to AC nhi chalega" ..I could not find any other place that time as all hotels were full...Due to that hot I could not sleep nd ultimately my exam got spoilt...I will defiantly go to consumer court for such cheating..I tried to...

I had a horrible experience of stay at oyo rooms river view, jim corbett. Amenities offered online like swimming pool, wifi, children play area, hot water geyser for which i was charged heavily were not provided to me at the hotel leaving my family completely disheartened and ruining our vacation. Also the hotel staff gave least priority to oyo customers in terms of better rooms and services taking oyo customers at the hotel for granted as...

I booked a room with oyo rooms. But I am very unsatisfied with this room because it was completely different which I seen in photograph. Anyway it not hurt me more but it will hurt oyo room more. Because it is a matter of quality if anyone can not give quality. he can not be stay in current market. Networking is the key of business. Well thank you for this kind of [censored] service....

I spent 11k for one night stay in houseboat with thought that we will be getting best services but what we got is mentioned below.

1. We were looking for early checkin at 10:00 am, which they refused saying we can't provide and you can checkin only...

I have booked 2 rooms in OYO with booking nos. RYUD8374 and TJZI0193. But when we reach the hotel, they told that all the rooms are filled up. Now what should we do? Is this the service OYO rooms are providing. Its really disgusting getting this kind of issue. Later the hotel authority send us to somewhere else in NBCC. The rooms are of small size and not as much as comfortable as we have booked. But they took the same charge as the rooms...

We have booked a hotel in shirdi, we need the hotel person's contact number to find the location.

This is really not acceptable. At least after booking confirmation you should provide the Hotel contact number.

Firstly the oyo application showed the wrong hotel at the destination that is Lajpat Nagar, Delhi. I roam about 1 hour in this area to find the hotel. Afterwards i came to know that the hotel destination was in Bihar. I talked to their customer care executive he said he is arranging me a hotel near to that area. He booked a hotel and said the discount given to me is of 45% for the fault from their side and telling that there are all the facilities...

Following are the discrepancies i faced :-

1.There is not proper fixed discount given by customer reps for corporates sometimes we get 10% sometimes nothing.It seems the apps are better giving 20-30% discounts.Why do we need to do corporate tie up i don't understand.

2.On 4th June i had communicated to the customer rep assisting that our corporate guest will reach by 4.00 am( Checkin starts at 12.00 pm) he said...

I checked in hotel shuhul continental, east of kailash, new delhi on 4.06.2016... The booking was done by wagman group... The service here is horrible.. Shabbiest that i have seen in recent times.. Although infrastructure good... I have noticed it's a hotel tagged with oyo brand name... Kindly don't malign your reputation tying with a shabby hotels like shuhul continental...

Complain regarding oyo rooms site. Booked 5 rooms in srinagar on 04-june-16 for 01-jul-16 to 04-jul-16 with reference number trgm9387 with amount 38685 paid. During booking they have informed terms as free cancellation policy. However once i cancelled booking on 05-june-16 just day after booking they have deducted 50% of the amount.
