My return pick up has been pending from more than a month. Inspite of multiple follow ups team is unable to give me any reason/ explanation.
Always giving same reply asking to wait for 48 hrs our team will contact you. But till now there is no update from team.
Worst online shopping app. Just fooling around customers.
Please close your online shopping app if you can't run it....

I have ordered the product form Pantallons and its more than 15 days, still they is no update about product, from day one the status of order is same "Order processing". I have called customer care twice, everytime whenever i will call they will tell "we will raise hig priority ticket and wait for 7 working days", again when i call they will tell same thing.
They are telling we cant cancelled the product....

Pathetic behaviour of the Pantaloons, Bilaspur, C.G manager with me and my mother. First they switch off the ac and and escalator is also put off.
They waste an hour of ours there was no place for sitting also neither did they offer any place to sit after 1 hour also.

I get my refund on pantaloons credits but now at the time of payment there is no option for payment by pantaloons credits.

I am repeatedly calling and emailing pantaloons customer care for my order no 3513406 placed on 5th july 2020 has not yet been delivered to me. When i called customer care, its always on waiting and never reach to any executive.

I have ordered 5 items from pantaloons online store on 17th june, 2020 through online payment by paying ₹1136 and so far, only one item had been delivered and there is no information given regarding the other 4 items. I had recently read about the consumers' act about how retailers cannot charge the customer for carry bags. I have placed two orders with order no. 3506932 and 3494376. The order was not delivered to me for a long time and now it is showing the status as order rejected. May i know the reason why the order was not delivered to me? And also when will i get my refund? I'll not suggest anyone to buy from your site as the order is delayed too much and few items are retuned without even attempting the delivery.
