I already gave the termination request after paying the bill amount on august. But the reliance communication showroom not taken the request due to their carelessness. Finally, they generate the bill against me to pay the august bill within oct 5. If iam saying i will not pay the bill they threaten me that their billing team will call you then like that. Please clear this issue....

Reliance infratel limited had set up a mobile tower on my terrace in Bagbera housing colony, road 6, jamshedpur- 831002, but since 2010 reliance has stopped paying the rent for the same. I gave tried contacting then through all possible mediums. Sent them uncountable emails, but no response from them. The amount due is more then 6 lacs now. Please take possible measures.

On September 29 2016 I recharged my account(phone number [protected]) for 296 via paytm .This was supposed to be a special tariff voucher combo pack recharge of 296 with 296 talk time and all calls @ 1p/per second valid for 28 days. Instead of this i have got a recharge which is valid for only 5 days.

They are claiming that this is due to some FRC Recharge but on their website there are no FRC Terms & Conditions mentioned.br...

As i am facing a problem regarding the speed of my JIO internet and calling. If i want to make call i have to try so many time to make call every time i am having the information that the network is busy. and also in internet there is too-much fluctuation of speed from 250 kbps to 5 mbps. now from since long time i never use speed like 15 to 35 mbps speed. please resolve this issue as i am the customer of Reliance...

I had generated coupon code [protected] last month. When I went to get jio sim using this code on 01/10/2016 the jio people are saying that this code has been already used by someone and this code cannot be used to get the sim. So I request you to deactivate the sim activated using this code and send me valid code for getting jio sim as soon as possible....

I have port my no. [protected] from BSNL UP(E) to Reliance mumbai post paid recently. Store have charged me Rs. 50 instead of Rs. 19, fixed by TRAI stating that higher rate is applicable for post paid. Reliance store address

Heritage School Jammu applied for Corporate Connection thru Mr Manish Chawla & Mr Shaheen Samnotra. The documents submitted were Trust Deed duly registered in J&K Court & CBSE affiliation Certificate. In J&K, the school trust deed is not registered with ROC, which is the main criteria for activation of JIO sim. Pl let us know what documents to deposit for Corporate connection....

I have done a big mistake in life to take reliance connection... Rude behavior of costumer service and sudden balance deduction daily has made me disgusted .I m blocked by costumer care ...I have asked many time from other numbers but my call is disconnected... I think this company who launched jio scheme is just a deceive to public because its exploiting other prepaid users to recover the bio scheme......

I did receive my jio sim after long wait in line about 2 3 days regularly and when i got one it is rejected for some incomplete info i dont understand what was that because i just give my adhar and finger print as other do so and now i bound to follow same procedure again. now it is about 5 to 6 days my problem is not resolved. Reliance netconnect who failed to provide the service from june 2016 but generated bill against me without providing mere service as agreed to me.

Since reliance netconnect was moving to 4g service, you have stopped providing net connectivity to my datacard rim no: [protected] from june 2016 (and to all the netconnect+ customers). but i paid the bill of 690 upto the month of july 2016.in-spite of several call to customer care...

Several reminders send reliance company and asked to stop my connection reliance connection. No [protected], which was stopped permanently of 03 g service from reliance. Thy least bother to stop my connection. Inst ed of stop the connection still generating the bill on my connection and passing the continue sms alerts.
