I have brought the sim 5days before.. I have got the 4g signal in my mob.. The welcome offer doesnt credited to my number... I cant access to the data.. And cant make calls... I have tried to contact customer care.. They are not at all respondingg.. Tried many times.. Bt no response

Dear Team,

I bought the jio sim on 30.9.2016. As on today the sim is not activated and showing no service and emergency calls only. I'm using redmi note 4G. it's a 4g mobile. My order num is NO00000EAX9N. How long I'll wait for activation?
I had made a complain regarding this but till date no one attended my complain. I am really very disapponited from your service.
