What a pathetic experience using reliance broadband. Connection is not working from past 6 days and in spite of complaining so many times through calls & mails.My complaints no. are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] &[protected].
My Reliance Internet Service User ID:[protected]. there is very negligence about customer problem, i am totally frustrated to call them many times....

I have reconnect tablet pc model no.- rptpb0607 which i have given for repair in allahabad, tagore town digital services since 09/07/2016 and still haven't got it back despite various reminders. It is over 2.5 months and no repair work is done on my tablet till date
The repair required was change of touch screen.
I have been following up with the service center but they are coming up with excuses everytime.

Dear team 😤My Reliance GSM mobile number [protected]. First I got harassed by closing Vodafone to mnp reliance, sim was activated about after 3 week. Now incoming and outgoing has been stopped without any information. When I went to Reliance customer care, they said me to provide document. I gave document on today. But till not working. Due to this my important mobile number is disabled for almost 3 days. I have got vast economical loss...

With reference to service request no.[protected] and[protected] my prepaid balance of Reliance GSM no. [protected] had been deducted by Rs.232/= on 21-september-2016 without any intimation and reason.The customer service associate said that data has been used but I already have data plan active on my above number and it cannot be exceeded on above mentioned date....

I was using a reliance wipod datacard, that I have lost 2 months back. Reliance keeps on generating bill for the same even after multiple remainders and complaints. They were not ready to take cancellation request until I pay the bill.So I paid Rs.1950 and sent an email requesting cancellation on 24th Aug 2016. Now again Reliance has generated the bill and asking me to pay the due for this month. I have called the customer care again today...

This is very disappointing, I am suffering with the srvice from one the most repute ted businessman's company in India.

Struggling just to use my phone smoothly, have taken many follow ups but my problem is same moreover pathetic customer service and poor representative you have for customer query resolution.

I have a complain to make and it is about a recharge I did around at 11:57 on (20/9/16) of amount Rs 80 which I didn't get after recharging it. A message came after the recharge of Rs 80 that says "Dear Customer, .your account has been recharged with Rs .01, Amount payable is Rs78 Thank you.Reliance".

I got an amount of .01 when I recharged an amount of Rs 80 which is totally disappointing.

This is regarding the Reliance Wi-pod connection which I got last year and this year I was forcibly made to move onto 4g as they were not going to provide the services on the CDMA dongle that I had brought. I was also promised that I would be continuing the same plan on my new Wi-pod. But that never happened. I have received this threatening email (E-notice final intimation) from "e-notice final intimation cro. [protected]@gmail.com" for a connection i had closed almost 7 years back. This is fake as
1) the customer name is incorrect.
2) i never had any outstanding balance with datacard.
3) i never received any calls or prior notice from reliance before.

I would request reliance authorities to look into this matter...

I was using reliance netconnect dongle and internet service for CDMA was closed in Bangalore from 7th July 2016 and there was no service / signal after 7th July.

Fake employee... process initiated for mnp when i received call from reliance com,
Their representative came at home, charged 300 rupees for mnp and take away photocopy o[censored]id, rent agreement and voter id card.
Since then 2 months has gone but port out din't happen so far. either the call or representative were fake or reliance comm is not interested to give the connection. at leaser user should be informed about the situation....

It is about a bill payment of reliance bill of Rs550 i made using paytm with registered mobile no [protected] and mail id - [protected]@gmail.com with my Canara Bank...

I had a landline number [protected]. I was told that i need to change the instrument and the number because you were changing over to 4g. I did not want to do it and i requested discontinuation of my subscription immediately after i paid my dues in mid-august and this was acknowledged by your office. My data card service has been terminated on July and even after termination they are generating the bill for August and September. Even after writing and calling rep to resolve the issue, no care to respond properly.
