Pathetic place to go to. Mgr is not interested in fixing the problem but finding an excuse for the delay. I informed the problem while booking an appointment 2 days ago, reminder 1 day prior to appointment & stated the issue multiple times while getting the job card prepared to all possible service advisor still they didn’t pay attention. I have a Renault Duster model 2016 which is not under warranty. Yesterday two warning lights came on together and remained on. These were the red colour sine wave and the orange colour ESC.

These two warning lights had come on earlier also and both the times a fuel injector had to be changed. Each fuel injector change costs around Rs 27000 to 30000. That time also I had raised the issue of poor design or a fauly component...

I have replaced KWID 2016 RXT Accelerator Pedal 3 times in 6 years, now KWID is 37000 KMS.

Since this is a manufacturing related concern, Please help me in getting Accelerator Pedal under warranty....

Our Renault KWID stopped with error code in dashboard and wasn't starting. Got towed by on road assistance team and was taken to the nearest service center in Thanjavur on April 22nd 2023.
We were told that vehicle will be ready within a week, but no proper updates and we are having to call each time and they keep saying today/tomorrow without any proper reason given.
Please get the issue resolved on priority to avoid spoiling...

Myself Kannan and i gave my vehicle for repair as it got breakdown in chennai, Guduvancherry . They have kept my vehicle with them for more than 7 and the way they kept my vehicle was totally unprofessional. I visited my vehicle on[protected] and i found a bottle filled with petrol and i got shocked. The service centre people claiming that they used petrol for cleaning but the door was closed and petrol bottle was inside the car in hot sun....

Car engine doesn't start some time and door lock not open after long drive....

I got my vehicle(Renault triber RXT MT) (MH01EF3389)delivered on 26th Feb 2023. We took it out for 600km stretch, it broke down at 861km, just after 7 days of purchase. Apparently, the problems seems to be with faulty fuel pump.

Very dissatisfied with this ### up purchase. I hope these sort of problems won't repeat. if they do, all he'll will break loose.

We have send our new Renault kwid amt to Vasai Renault car service station on 5th September 2022 for minor damage.but till date vehicle not received nor getting response from Renault customer service.

I own a Renault Duster AMT 110 PS 2016 model. At the start of this month I faced issue while driving the car, several times it got shut off and somehow I managed to reach Renault Service centre - Chennai OMR.

The service person analysed the issue for 3 days (Feb 4 - Feb 8) and found that there is an issue with the high pressure diesel pump. Then I asked them to get a quote for calibrating the old one and again it took another...

I own the same Duster AMT model 2019 and facing juddering problem as Ropak Shah and ditto word to word complaint and experience from P.S. Motors-Pune. Previously owned Duster manual transmission but have wowed never to by Renault vehicles or recommend anyone after their irresponsible response.
