1. Service voucher issued after i traveled from cochin airport

2. No agency pick up from bangkok airport (I wait around three hours, after contact ritual in delhi. They said to wait after one hour reply i have to arrange myself the taxi from bangkok airport to pattaya we will refund it. Till now i did not anything. I face big problem...

We were in malaysia from 7th to 13th last month. Land package provided by Mr sonjoy n Mr Sourav from Ritual holidays. I must say these people have no value for their words. We were given itenery last night prior to leaving India. We were not provided transfer to our dinner restaurant. We were not given one dinner coupon in kuala lumpur and break fast coupon in genting. We got to know this after reaching Malaysia. We contacted them many times...

The ritual holidays have given me false commitment for providing of hotel accommodation at somnath nd dwaraka. It is really a fraud company. Initally they promised to provide star hotel accommodation having attached restaurants for breakfast. The hotels namely gopal nd sitara provided at dwaraka nd somnath respectively are substandard one not having restaurants nd surroundings also dirty. They are of budget hotels. Therby u people cheated...

A fraud company. They foolish the people. Never book a trip with this company. We had very bad experience in last month for thailand tour with them.
* while booking plain tickets they spell wrongly of my daughter's name and till we go to mumbai it was with wrong name, no cooperation from them and we tried everything to get it changed.
* when we reached, the operator left us on wrong hotel and till we come to know he just left....

I have booked a package at the time of booking they didn't told about Service Tax exclusion instead saying everything is included except GST. Now they increase the package amount by saying that GST means Government Service Tax. Also at the time of booking I paid 25% of the package; that time they didn't say about you have to pay amount + ST...

Never book a tour with dis agency.. all the agents are bloody hippocarats... whatever commitments are given by this person are never fullfilled.. just two days before the tour the scenario changes of the agency and they will provide you the worst hotel, worst transportation and worst driver... Mr rohit the booking agent is most "haramkhor" person who diverts from his words and commitment what he has given... worst Ritual... thenga......

and they have opted not to stay in such hotel and we have booked bangkok palace hotel by the help...

I had very bad experience with their arrangements. Promise 3* star hotel but was given budget hotel. They also have hidden charges. Not all the places covered as per the itinerary... some places we have to pay extra for transport which was not advised.
The worst was literally we were blackmailed to pay extra which was not advised at all before our arrival from malaysia ...Sometimes the driver will disappear until we talk to Rohit and...

Ritual holiday - they are 100% thieves, fraud, please do not believe them at any cost even if they give you package for free. i would like to share my experience.

The worst experience in my life. They do not have proper network and they have not given money to the local Kashmir travel agent. he was not willing to give us a car, as he has not received money from ritual. and moreover ritual people will not pick your call if you have any problem. In my entire visit i was only co-coordinating. No hotel booking was done....

The service of retual is very very poor. No vehical is came in airport on arival for pickup . No vehical is booked for our toor. We hire auto ourself and taxi also. They not privied any vehical as per condition and vehical is not came on time for received. Comapny is demand extra amount for taxi.
