I purchased a Samsung galaxy GRAND in July '13 and from last week I am facing following issue:- My mobile gets switched off automatically and then does not switch on for 12-15 hrs. even after using power button. Then yesterday(15-Apr-2014) it switched off completely never to switch on again. Hello, Please find my account no. 8456205594 for my service history I had changed the motherboar recently on 9th of August 2013 due a faulty motherboard, after replacement within 2 days again it was replaced due to faulty functioning of the motherboard. I bought Samsung LED TV UA32F5100ARL XL from ADISHWAR INDIA LTD.New Bowenpally, HYDERABAD on 02-11-2013.

Today around 4pm suddenly picture ( video) disappeared and we could hear only audio. I have contacted TATA SKY and their service technician came to our house in half an hour of our complaint.After checking the set top box, he told us that set top box is fine.HE HAS CONNECTED SET TOP BOX TO OUR STAND BY OLD SAMSUNG TV, AND WE CAN SEE PICTURE AND LISTEN TO AUDIO PERFECTLY !!

I had bought a new SAMSUNG AC which is of 1.5Ton. From the day 1 the AC is not working and the room is not getting cooled even if I run the AC with 16 degree temp for 8 hours. Service is also not good from SAMSUNG they don't even care about the customer complaints. PLEASE DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG AC....

I bought galaxy s4 last year on 4th of may. few days before my display wasn't working and i noticed a internal crack in display. their was no external damage. I went to the service centre and i was charged Rs6480 for changing display. I said i have not damaged my phone than why i am charged. And how can it happen itself only without any external damage. I got the answer that as you keep your mobile in jeans and jeans are tight it creates pressure when you sit or do any other activity. And so its a damage and therefore my warranty is not applicable. Dear Sir, I had purchased Galaxy Tab 3 on 29th September 2013. I started facing the problem very soon in December we approached the service centre (Aditya infocom pvt ltd. Ashok Vihar) with the complain of * low battery back up * network problem(I used to get the captions like emergency calls only) Agency said will upgrade the software and will be fine, they did the upgardation and we received the mobile after 2-3 hrs. I have been a loyal customer of Samsung, buying most of my appliances with Samsung. However, recently I have had just bad service from them that I have decided to not buy a single item from Samsung ever again. I am disgusted with their conduct. They do not take responsibility for the conduct of their representatives. Their reps during the uninstallation of my Split AC, packed it upside down and damaged 3 feet of copper, and other reps also released the gas inside the house and stained the wall (which now needs to be repainted)... and Samsung refuses to take responsibility or take ANY ACTION...

I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy S Duos smart phone from their dealer. From the very begining itself the hanset is not functioning properly. When I try to contact somebody frequently it is displayed on the screen that "NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK". Two times I have taken the phone to their authorised service centre. Sir, I purchased SAMSUNG Trend 7392 cell phone at Poorvika modile pvt ltd, 4th Avenue, Shanthi colony Chennai-40, for Rs.7, 700/- on 18-2-2014. But just completion of one month my set became defective that whenever receiving/making the call the water goggling sound is coming. I totally fed up of my cell and given nearest autherised samsung service centre at Ambattur. They returned back the set after one day and informed that they reset the software version it will be ok.
