Since last 2 month continuous follow up done but samsung has send service engineer to repair washing machine...

We have booked Samsung mobile in Samsung shop on july 6 th and we should get it on july 12 but up to now not got for us
If we talk with Samsung customer care they are not responding at all...

I submitted my mobile for screen change on 11th July in AB-7, First Floor, Safdarjung Enclave, NEW DELHI 110029.

When I drop by this service center to collect my phone they behave very rudely and even not giving the ETA.

Now they are not responding on WhatsApp even not picking my phone.
