Technicians were calling and assuring us to reach within few hours but nobody came for since two days....

The multifunction printer is giving black photocopy probably due to hinge broken of top cover. I was directed by Customer care to HP service centre in Gurgaon for repair to a broken hinge of top lid. The service centre has advised that part is not available and cannot be repaired.

Could you please guide as to how to get repaired the printer. The company should take care of this and I understand that this must be a common part....

Automatically purple spot on display even no where mobile is drop down and no other damage...In night mobile is fine but when saw the morning purple spot on mobile display automatically.even customer care behavior is also very rude....
