Sir / mdm, I have complained to Samsung regarding my Washing machine not working, showing door error about 8 days back but their customer service is worst their person only interested in looting people, he told us that the particular door latch has to be replaced, and he will come tomorrow, next day he came with a door latch which was not fitting, obviously not of the same model of washing machine, he said next day the part is not available...

I sincerely request for a thorough inquiry regarding the defective phone as well as repeated unprofessional behaviour by senior executives.
